Fresh olive leaf/tree powder, good for bones and immune health
This company produces a nice olive product. It isn’t standardized like some (Bonolive is a brand that is standardized per capsule for documented bone strengthening, but it feels like a quality product. This particular variety seems to be identical to others by the same company, although this one targets skin conditions. I find that it gives me a bit of an energy boost. I don’t have skin issues, but it seems like my skin is benefiting from it nonetheless. Price is fair.

Not any better than olive leaf extract
This is “olive tree powder”, so they claim it is a blend of fruit, leaves, baby leaves, and young branches. Is it any better than regular old olive leaf extract? I’m not sure. Olivie makes a lot of claims about having the highest ORAC ever acheived and high hydroxytyrosol content – but this product doesn’t even appear to be an extract or to be standardized. On their website they claim > 40,000 mg/kg hydroxytyrosol, but that is only 4%. Most olive leaf extracts (OLEs) on the market are standardized to 25% hydroxytyrosol. That means this product is around 1/6 the potency of your typical olive leaf extract. That is probably due to the fact that this is an “olive tree powder” rather than olive tree extract.They claim their ORAC content is 200x that of curcumin – which is very impressive if true. I like that the olive tree powder is organic. And to the credit of Olivie, they have conducted multiple clinical trials on their products. Unfortunately, most of the clincial trials used 6 capsules per day (3000mg) which is a very large dose and not really reasonable for the average person.I’m not sure I see any reason to recommend this over any generic standardized olive leaf extract. There is a lack of transparency regarding the actual strength of the powder, and the important information like hydroxytyrosol content, oleuropein content, and oleocanthol content is largely kept a mystery.

No complaints
I’ve been taking olive leaf or different types of supplements off and on throughout the years for different purposes, and I wanted to give these a try. I do feel they have made my skin better, but because I’m taking a few other things I can’t be certain it’s this product itself. Just know when I look in the mirror my skin looks more clear and I feel prettier.

I’m trying this for psoriatic alopecia and hair loss that is usually sudden and temporary.
I ordered this for mouth sores, but they healed up before the product arrived. Those sores can come and go quickly depending on what I eat. Nuts or toothpaste can do it for me. I decided to take it anyway to see if it might be helpful for my hair issues. I have a type of alopecia, that causes hair loss in patches sometimes but mostly it shows up as thinning over the entire head and mostly around the crown. Not good. I use extensions until the situations corrects and my normal amount of hair returns for a while.I think this may be helping after a couple weeks. I’m going to continue. The tablets are easy to take and have a soft earthy flavor. Not off putting or unpleasant at all.5 stars

Using for scalp and elbow psoriasis
I am using this for my scalp psoriasis. I have had my scalp psoriasis for over ten years now. It usually comes and goes based on the season, mainly at the start of the winter. I have been using the olive leaf for quite a while, so I ordered the Organic Olive Leaf Extract Supplement as it may help. I am unsure if it is helping, but I have noticed some changes. The inflammation on the back of my scalp has been reduced, and psoriasis on my hand seems to be almost gone. I will continue using this product. It, however, says that it shows effective within eight weeks

Good Product with Confusing InformationGood Product with Confusing Information
So, I ordered this package of Olive Extract along with another one of their products. I couldn’t quite tell by the product page what this was, exactly. I’m used to taking olive leaf, and this said “olive leaf extract” on the product page, but it’s not just olive leaf extract, it’s olive leaf, fruit and oil.I contacted the company, because this product and the other product I ordered from them had the exact same ingredients and the exact same dose, but they were two different products, advertised for two different health benefits. Confusing to say the least.When I contacted them to ask about this, they sent me an email with WAY TOO MUCH information. It was overwhelming. But here is what they said that cleared it up for me (but I still think they need to simplify).”OLIVIE ANTI-AGE and OLIVIE DERMAPSORIA are made using components of organic USDA certified olive trees planted in a harsh desert of Morocco: leafs, baby leafs, olive fruit and olive oil. However, the percentage of each components is different in these 2 products.”So, while the dose is the same, I’m assuming the ratio of the different components is how they are varied.This is a family company that has been making olive oil since 1887, so they likely know exactly what they’re doing. I just think they need to clear up the confusion and sell the product for the supplement itself and not advertise for the specific ailments they are meant to treat, because that’s just a little weird.After receiving their lengthy email, I do feel like this is a really good product, and I am taking it every day with good results, but I do think they need to work on how they advertise their product, because it is definitely very confusing.
