The product came in a package exactly like in the description so I didn’t bother to post a photo. I am super impressed that the package has ISO 9001 certification on it. Also the package has the lot number and an expiration of 20-10-2027 so it will not go bad before it is used. It is a product of Poland but there is a USA phone number and address clearly on the box.Ashwagandha is claimed to have a calming effect and help with stress and promote good sleep. These are all things I am looking for. The recommended dose is 2 capsules with 600mg per dose. This is a 60 capsule package or a 30 day supply for one person. The capsules are easy to take. Directions say to take with food and plenty of water. The only negative was, and it is the ingredient, was an aftertaste when I burped. The positive effects of Ashwagandha according to ChatGBT are greater than this description claims. I am sold on this product.

Excellent supplement to support stress levels.
I’ve been supplementing with ashwagandha for its adaptogenic properties and to support stress resistance. This ashwagandha interested me because it was an organic root extract; having the ksm-66 is really important to me because it’s one of the more clinically studied and standardized forms of ashwagandha.This supplement has been a definite help to supporting my energy levels. I’ve noticed my energy levels have been more stable. I feel noticeably calmer, especially in situations where I’m normally more stressed. These take the edge off.These capsules are small and easy to swallow, I’ve noticed no unpleasant effects. However; the blister packaging of these capsules is a touch unnecessary and wasteful to me. A bottle would be easier and better for the environment.Despite the packaging, this is an excellent supplement to support stress levels.

Acceptable option for stress relief
I do take Ashwagandha on occasion, usually during stressful periods, and I’ve found it typically takes a few days to really feel the effects. I’m on day 7 with this one and I’ve definitely felt more relaxed over the past couple days, so it seems to be working as expected for stress support.I do hit the gym a couple times a week, but I’ve never used Ashwagandha specifically for muscle growth. From what I’ve read, I imagine you’d have to take it consistently for a while to really see any impact in that area. I also do some cardio here and there but haven’t noticed a major boost in endurance yet.Overall, it works acceptably for stress relief, which is mainly why I take it. The only downside is the quantity, with 2 capsules per serving, the 60-count bottle goes pretty fast, one month supply. For the price, it does feel like you go through them quickly. But if you’re looking for a clean, organic Ashwagandha option for stress, this one seems acceptable so far.

Seem to Help
I’ve been taking these for about 2-3 weeks now, and while it’s still early, I do feel like they’re starting to make a difference. I seem a bit calmer and more focused, but since it hasn’t been that long, I can’t say with 100% certainty just yet. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave any weird aftertaste, which is a big plus.I like that the formula is organic and feels clean, and the number of capsules is a decent for the price. I’m taking off one star only because I need more time to be completely sure of the long-term benefits but so far, so good!

Works but tastes bad
These ashwahanda pills are nice. they work well and provide a nice calming feeling after using for a period of time. I did deduct a star though for the taste… not my fav of the ashwaganda supplement but it def works.

Not sure If it already kicked in… But might be already feeling a change… (1 week on it).
I’m almost sure that when I got this It didn’t say that it was for women and if that’s the case, It doesn’t feel really good that all of a sudden they change it. Does that mean that now as a man this product will affect me somehow?…To be honest, the box doesn’t say anything about it being for an specific gender, which makes me really confused about it.Anyways, it’s been almost a week by now since when I got it and started taking it, not sure if I should be feeling any effect already… I’m really stressed and anxious in general and I’ve heard from different friends that ashwagandha might help with that so I really hope it does… So far not sure if it is related, last couple of weeks I was having pain in one of my feet because of unconsciously, while working on my desk, putting to much pressure on the heel against the floor and this week this pain is almost completely gone.It comes as a regular capsule, standard size… It doesn’t have any aftertaste which is really good honestly. And the packaging is really nice overall, I share the opinion that maybe a container with all the capsules might be less waste, but I don’t think this is a dealbreaker at all.Also I feel that the price is really good for a complete month supply if you take it as recommended (2 capsules per day).I’ll definitely keep using it and see how it goes as I’ve read around that the full benefits of taking ashwagandha show up after more than 20 days on it. I’ll update this review if anything changes over this time.

Good value ashwagandha for anxiety and sleep
Ashwagandha was recommended to my teen as an added supplement to help with his anxiety and sleep disturbances. My son has been taking it for a few months now and feels like it helps, alongside his other meds, but he’s wanting to increase his dose. The last batch we tried was 450 mg, so we thought increasing to 600 mg as here could be really helpful.The recommended dose per the box is 2 capsules per day, so there are 30 days worth in a box if taken as suggested. There are no added active ingredients. The capsules are the size of fiber or fish oil pills. They’re larger than most medications but similar to many supplements and easy enough to swallow with plenty of water. It’s nice to have capsules so there’s no weird taste of herbs.The packaging is easy to open, too. Sometimes they make packaging into Fort Knox, but these capsules push easily through the foil backing.Overall, pleased with the quality and effectiveness.
