Clean energy, no jitters
I was interested in this item due to its claim to convert fat into energy, support metabolism and to help focus/energy. I’ll be honest, my diet is pretty…. Chaotic. I will go on a health kick for a week or two, eat clean, no carbs/keto and take supplements to help my insulin resistance and metabolism and then will completely splurge on carbs, bread and cookies the next week and that pretty much sums up my diet (I know, I know.. Terrible). I decided to try this supplement in the hopes of helping burn some fat and gain energy. Unfortunately, I have not noticed much fat loss or help with my metabolism, but then again, I feel like I’m a poor test subject as my diet is so yo-yo BUT I do feel like I’ve had some improvements with my energy so that’s a win. I will continue taking this supplement to see if the improvement in energy is placebo or is in fact this supplement and will try and update but overall, I would recommend this product if youre looking for clean, no jitter energy.

Oh!mino metabolism support
I didn’t get much extra energy from this supplement during the 2 months I took it, but I did actually lose some weight, so it was effective for me. I didn’t change anything else in my diet, routine or lifestyle, but still lost about 4 lbs at the end of the 2 months. I already exercise regularly, eat relatively healthy, & am not overweight, but I have a bigger stomach & more abdominal area fat than I’d like, so this was definitely welcomed.It was a 2 month supply at a retail price of $29.99, which is a reasonable value to me. The capsules were on the smaller side, & were easy to swallow. I didn’t experience any stomach discomfort or negative side effects. I honestly didn’t expect much from this supplement since the ingredients contained were just niacin, an amino acid (L-Carnitine) & 1 other that I wasn’t familiar with (phenylcapsaicin), but I was pleasantly surprised by the results. I may order again eventually, but don’t have the funds now, & have been also trying other similar products recently (& I don’t want to combine them). I think they earned a 4 star rating. If I got more of an energy boost, I would rate them 5 stars.

seems like a good stimulant, free energy supplement.
These pills are medium/large and don’t have any noticeable smell or taste. The serving size is one capsule and there are 60 servings in this container. The main ingredients are vitamin B3 (niacin), l-carnitine, and phenylcapsaicin. Phenylcapsaicin is a chemically synthesized analogue of capsaicin, which is naturally occurring compound found in chili peppers. This synthesized version is supposed to be more bioavailable less irritating (spicy) than its natural counterpart. This complex does unfortunately include a couple fillers: rice powder, magnesium stearate, and silica. The label says that they are made in the USA, manufactured in a GMP facility and third-party tested.The bad: I don’t like the packaging of this supplement. It comes in a plain plastic container that is double safety sealed. But all of the label information is printed onto the plastic seal that you have to open to get to the lid. So it’s very easy for the entire label to slide off of the container and get lost. This seems like a cheap way to label generic containers and I would rather the label be a sticker or printed on the container so that I’m not losing the vital supplement facts and directions.

Ineffective Fat-Burner
Is this really a fat-burning supplement? I’m skeptical about it. The only ingredients are Vitamin B3 (as Niacin) and L-Carnitine, and there are 60 servings in total. After trying it for 60 days, I saw no fat loss, despite exercising and eating healthy while taking it. Therefore, I don’t think it works and do not recommend it.

Steady subtle energy throughout the day
I’ve been taking these for about a week now and I wasn’t sure if they were doing anything until I noticed I’m not knocking off at work in the afternoon, like I typically do. Seems to be giving me a subtle steady energy throughout the day. But I’m not feeling ramped up or jittery like I do when drinking coffee. So my guess is this is helping my metabolism. These are easy to take with no side effects. I haven’t been taking my usual nap after work but it has not effected my sleep at night
