    Six solid hours of sleep

These melting sleep strips come individually wrapped. The instructions are to put them on your tongue and let dissolve. They take longer than is comfortable to dissolve. Probably close to 90 seconds. The flavor is not bad until the end and then it gets to be a bit unpleasant. I think because of the saffron. They instructions say 30 minutes before bed and that really is how long before they kicked in.I slept for a solid six hours like I was in a coma. I was actually shocked at the quality of sleep I got. I did not have any lingering grogginess like I had taken a medication. These really do knock you out without the side effects you can get from a pill. These strips are super effective and easy to use. They are small and something you could travel with as well. They have no odor and are worth every penny.

Allowed me to fall asleep faster & stay asleep. Difficult taste for those who dislike stevia

I wanted to try something that might help prevent me from waking up and tossing and turning so much through the night, so I ordered these. I was concerned, though, because I do not like the taste of stevia, and I saw that these contained the steviol glycosides as the final ingredient on the label. I was hoping I could tolerate it, though, if these helped me, so I ordered this product to give these films a try. Each film is individually wrapped and are contained within a small metal tin, labeled with a clearly printed Lot# and expiration date. I decided to take two (as the label permits) a half hour before bed as suggested. At first, the taste was strangely sweet, sour, tangy, and fruity. Then the stevia punched me in the mouth and nose as a medicinal taste settled down on the back end. I did not like the taste very much, initially, and by the time the films dissolved I disliked the taste–and the aftertaste. I drank some apple cherry juice a few minutes afterward to try and cleanse that taste away but it is stubborn. I lay down about 40 minutes later, and I did fall asleep relatively quickly, and I only woke up very briefly twice during the night. This is ten times less or more than what is normal for me. Some nights are packed full of tossing and turning for me (~50+ times/night). I have health issues with mobility and arthritis pretty bad, and found upon waking that morning that I felt pretty stiff and in more pain than usual. I concluded that the tossing and turning during the night may be better for my joints and back, as lying motionless for longer periods of time can lead to more stiffness and soreness for me pretty easy. The product seemed to allow me to fall asleep faster, and definitely helped me to stay asleep, but my body pays a price for this, due to my condition. I resolved that a product like this is contraindicated for me. The product seems effective, but for those who do not like stevia, they will have a hard time tolerating the taste of these dissolvable films. People who use and like stevia may like the taste of this product, but it is not for me. I won’t deduct any stars for a product just because I do not like the taste of something it contains, though, that I already know I don’t like. That is on me and not the product’s fault. I think this product is a little pricey in comparison to other sleep aids, but I think it is a fair deal for those who would get a better night’s sleep that may have concerns about the safety of other products.

    Works great!

I’m not a medical expert, so I’m not qualified to explain the medical benefits of this or any other supplements. That said, I tried using these “Snoozeberries” a few times and I found them very effective at helping me fall and stay asleep.I love the simplicity of letting them melt on your tongue, rather than taking a pill, which means you don’t need a glass of water. At my age, that’s a pretty good thing, because additional water before bed will often lead to midnight runs to use the toilet.I love the fact that when I struggle with falling asleep or have a big day planned for the next day, I can just reach for a strip or two before bed and give myself a better chance of getting a good nights sleep.

Might help you sleep, but holy cow do they taste awful

I was looking forward to these strips as a tasty treat to help me sleep. When they first hit my tongue there was a sweet tart sensation, but that quickly vanished. For the next minute or so as the strip disolved I was overwhelmed with something that tasted like toilet cleaner smells. That taste lingered even after the strip melted away. I gave my wife one and didn’t warn her, just to see if it was me. It was not just me. She also thought they were gross.Having said that, I did sleep pretty well that night. But I haven’t had any more strips since then. I just don’t think it’s worth the awful taste. At $25 for a 30 pack these seem a little pricey. That’$300 a year if you wanted to use these every night. Ouch.

Overpriced Melatonin With a Fancy Name

Another “silver bullet” for a good night’s sleep. The manufacturer has done everything possible to make this product look expensive and impressive. They even went as far as packaging each strip in an individual little pouch. They also came up with a fancy name for the “secret ingredient,” Melotime, which they claim is some kind of super-duper melatonin with unique properties, such as slow release. How exactly slow release is supposed to work when the strip completely dissolves on your tongue, they don’t really explain. This “miracle” costs several times more for 30 strips than 250 fast-dissolving melatonin tablets from Costco. If you dig a little deeper and look at what else this manufacturer offers, you’ll find a whole bunch of other “unique” strips that supposedly do everything from reversing aging to controlling appetite. Thanks, but no thanks!

Convenient Sleep Strips With a Thoughtful Saffron + Melatonin CombinationConvenient Sleep Strips With a Thoughtful Saffron + Melatonin Combination

I like the idea behind these Off Switch melting strips because they are much more convenient than swallowing another capsule. You simply place one on your tongue and let it dissolve.Although the directions say you should dissolve the strip on *top* of your tongue, in my personal experience, doing it that way makes it dissolve too quickly. I found that placing it *under* the tongue or in the gum area is much more effective. I felt like this allowed me to absorb more of the ingredients and fall asleep faster. One great use case for these is in situations where you wake up at 2:00 or 3:00 AM and can’t fall back asleep. Taking a pill will take too long to kick in, but these will put you out in 15 minutes and won’t leave you groggy in the morning. By the way the sleep score that I posted was on a day where I had taken a pre-workout drink with 200 MG of caffeine in the evening. The formula is fairly simple, with tart cherry, saffron, and Melotime, a timed-release form of melatonin.• Melotime — 5 mg: This is clearly the main sleep ingredient. What makes Melotime more interesting than ordinary melatonin is that it is designed to release gradually rather than all at once. In theory, that makes it useful not only for getting sleepy at bedtime but also for supporting sleep throughout the night. Five milligrams is a substantial melatonin dose, so this isn’t one of those products with just a tiny amount added for the label.• Saffron — 14 mg: Saffron has become increasingly popular in mood and sleep supplements, and 14 mg is a meaningful amount rather than a token dose. It complements the melatonin nicely because the formula isn’t relying on a single sleep ingredient.• Tart Cherry — 20 mg: Tart cherry is commonly associated with sleep and recovery, and it makes sense in a nighttime formula. At only 20 mg, however, I consider it more of a supporting ingredient than the star of the product. I wouldn’t buy these specifically for the tart cherry.Pros• Easy dissolving-strip format• No water or pills needed• 5 mg timed-release Melotime• 14 mg saffron is a meaningful addition• Tart cherry provides another complementary nighttime ingredient• Convenient for travel• 30 individually dosed strips• Easy to keep beside the bedCons• 5 mg of melatonin may be more than some people want• Tart cherry is only 20 mg, so I see it primarily as a supporting ingredient• Only 30 strips per package• People who already respond well to very small amounts of melatonin may not need a formula this strong• The packages can be a little hard to open especially if you wake up in the middle of the night and want to take one of these (I know this is a little knit picky but it was a problem)OverallI think these are effective, a decent value for the money and taste really good. The ingredients that interest me most are actually the combination of 5 mg of timed-release Melotime with 14 mg of saffron. The melatonin provides the more direct sleep support, while the saffron makes the formula more interesting than another basic melatonin gummy. Tart cherry is a nice extra, although at 20 mg, I wouldn’t consider it a major part of the formula.

Effective and even tastes pretty goodEffective and even tastes pretty good

I wasn’t sure what to expect from these Snoozeberries Melting Wellness Strips, but they turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. The flavor is smooth and not overly sweet, and the strip dissolves quickly without any chalky aftertaste. It does have an artificial sweetener taste which seemed like a combination of grape and strawberry. Each strip is tightly sealed and does not give off any odors. For effectiveness, within about 20–30 minutes, you should be a little more relaxed and ready to wind down for better sleep quality. They price is decent, for the quality professional packaging and if you are getting the correct results to help you get started on your nightly routine. They’re easy to keep on the nightstand, and I like that there’s no liquid, pills, or gummies involved—just a quick-dissolving strip that does its job. If you’re looking for a simple nighttime helper, these are worth trying. They come in a nice tin with individually wrapped strips. You can take them with you in the tin or separately.

Nice concept, but wish they were a bit more effective.Nice concept, but wish they were a bit more effective.

These oral melting strips are a nice addition to your nighttime routine if you have trouble sleeping. It offers nice natural ingredients and you simply put one stick on your tongue and let it dissolve 30 minutes prior to going to bed. It will also say that the packaging is really nice, and the fact that they are each individual individually packaged as well makes them so easy to use and great for traveling as well. However,I will say that the price is a bit steep as I don’t notice a huge improvement in my sleep quality, and unfortunately, I can’t say they are guaranteed to be effective. For that reason, I have deducted two stars accordingly.
