As with all supplements, you have to decide whether the ingredients are right for you. I have taken garlic supplements before, so I knew what to look for, and this product checked all the marks.The pouch is OK: it’s fully sealed upon arrival, but then it has a seal lock after you open it up. I still prefer bottles and jars for my supplements, but the one thing I appreciated about it was the wide opening – you can easily get your hand inside (not sure if it’s that sanitary, though), instead of shaking the bottle. But good quality packaging overall.Most importantly: there is no overwhelming garlic scent. With typical garlic products, you can smell it from a room away. This product is gelcaps, so the ingredients are safely sealed inside. There is not taste, though I did have a bit of garlic aftertaste shortly after. Caps are small and easy to swallow.Effects are different for everyone, and I can’t tell if I see any effects (at least not yet). There are recommendations for various uses, so I just trust that there is medical science to it, and if there are effects, they will be gradual.Excellent price for what you get. Serving size is two, so you get half a year’s worth for under $20. You can’t get this price on any products, let alone supplements, so it’s definitely a great catch. Overall, highly recommend.

I’ve been wanting to add garlic extract to my routine for some time now but was concerned about odor/aftertaste. That turns out not to be an issue with these softgels, which in addition to being tasteless and odorless, are easy to swallow as softgels. Good value with 350 count bottle, which at two softgels/day, covers you for six months. As to any noticeable effects, nothing yet, either positive or negative, but early on and will update with any changes.

This aged garlic supplement from VerdiGusto appears to be the exact same one I got from them earlier, even down to the 350 count. The packaging is also identical, except this one is missing the “10000mg” print on the front of the bag. Upon closer look, I also noticed that under the supplement facts, it’s missing the “20:1 extract ratio” that shows that the 500mg extract here is equivalent to 10000mg of garlic. I also see that this one is priced a few dollars cheaper than the other one that has all this info.Now, these differences could just be simple packaging omissions or a pricing decision based on something unrelated to the product itself. But it’s worth mentioning since both the 10000mg and the high 20:1 extract ratio are things I’d expect them not to omit from a marketing perspective, as they all point to high quality garlic supplement.When I opened the bag to inspect the softgels, everything from the smell, appearance, shape, and size seems to match the other bag. This still doesn’t conclude that they’re the same product, only that this is also odorless.For now, I’ll give this product the benefit of the doubt that it has the same high 20:1 extract ratio equivalent to 10000mg. But if anyone’s in doubt, I’d recommend their other garlic supplements, including their 4-in-1 version that also has magnesium, zinc, and vitamin B12 as additional ingredients.
