   I’ve been taking one of these every morning for a few weeks, and the gummy form is the whole reason I stuck with it—no powder to mix, no capsule to choke on. The berry flavor is there but subtle, more of a background sweetness than anything that lingers. It’s a 30-day supply, which is fine, though the label says three months before you’d expect to notice anything with the 40:1 myo-to-chiro ratio, so I’m still in that waiting window. I can’t tell whether my cycle feels different yet, and I don’t expect to for a while. The one small annoyance is that the gummies get tacky if your hands are warm, so I take them right after washing up. Easy enough to remember, which is more than I can say for most supplements.

   Great tasting soft chews!

   These are not gummies but rather a berry flavored soft chew very much like a Starburst. They are much easier to consume than large pills or have to measure the right amount of powders. They are individually wrapped which is a plus when you need to take it on the go. One thing to note is that supplements usually take effect after months of consistent use. The company notes that it takes at least 90 days (3 months) of daily intake to notice significant changes in cycle regularity and hormonal support. So far I am enjoying the taste and convenience of this daily chew and will comment on its efficacy after using it for 3 months.

   Good alternative to pills, but way too sweet.

   Gummies are definitely easier to take than swallowing giant capsules for daily hormone support. That said, these have an intensely sugary, artificial aftertaste that gets old fast, and you can tell they loaded them up with extra sweeteners. They’re fine if you hate pills, but I probably won’t repurchase.

   I had been taking a regular pill version of this for months and not sure I really noticed a difference. I’m sure after a month of taking this I won’t either, but it’s worth trying. I still have pills left so will likely switch back to that and see if I notice any changes.A few issues with this product. I did look at other reviews to ensure the wrapper was different colors. Usually, when there is a wrapper with slightly lighter coloring, it means it’s old or gone bad. The expiration isn’t until 2027 so I assume that isn’t the case, but I would keep one solid wrapper color..Also, these are chewy and grainy, not gummy at all. I would prefer a gummy since this is not the best texture since it’s got grit.I can’t speak of effectiveness, side effects, mood changes, or energy. There is no way to say with the limited supply. And again, the cost would keep me from continuing use.If you know the product works for you and you hate pills and don’t mind spending the money, go for it. The flavor itself isn’t bad.

   A PCOS Holy GrailA PCOS Holy Grail

   As someone who was diagnosed with PCOS at 11 years old, I’ve seen dramatic improvement since starting this supplement. I’m on my second bottle and would love to share my experience with anyone considering starting it.I’d say “gummy” probably isn’t the best word to describe the supplement. I’d say it more like a starburst, but not as chewy. A bit grainy in texture? But the flavor is great, and is honestly a much better delivery system than a powder or a capsule in my opinion. It’s much simpler than dissolving powder into water or taking 4 capsules at once.To preface where I was before starting, I’ve been on a GLP1+GIP for about a year. With weight loss I was starting to see cycle regulation, and I had recently started taking metformin to help regulate my PCOS and have more consistent ovulation. The metformin started a second wave of puberty with my hormones. As someone who doesn’t regularly ovulate without medication, the symptoms of ovulation were extremely overwhelming on my body. Ovulation week could take me down for 3-5 days, feeling like I had some type of hormonal cold or flu. Everything short of congestion, honestly. I actually started taking this supplement 2 days after ovulation, which is the absolute toughest part of my cycle. The next day, my symptoms felt far more regulated. Body aches, feet feeling like bricks, lightheadedness, and raised body temperature reduced by at least 70%. This cycle, the worst I experienced during ovulation was upper back pain and very sore feet, but not much else.TMI ZONE:As far as the effects on my period, my flow was definitely heavier with a lot more clots. After some research, I learned that this is because the Inositol causes a more thorough shedding of the uterine lining. This is why many users experience heavier and/or longer periods. I personally don’t mind this, and see it as a sort or menstrual detox. Lol.Since I’ve only just started my second bottle, I have yet to have my second period while on the supplement, so I can’t speak to whether or not the next one will be as heavy. However, I would say that this supplement, in the short time that I’ve been on it, has dramatically changed my quality of life. As dramatic as that may sound, living with an endocrine condition makes you realize how intensely hormones and hormonal imbalance specifically can influence every part of your daily life. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone with PCOS, and anyone interested in starting Myo Inositol in general! I would just suggest doing your research first and consulting with your physician to determine if it’s right for you!

   I was excited to try these “gummies”, however gummies as a word is doing a lot of heavy lifting here!Firstly, the packaging arrived and looked pretty beaten up like it had been jostled around in the bottom of a box for months. That of course was a turn off as you expect a new product to be, well, new.The gummy itself turned out to be more like an extremely grainy starburst – nothing gummy about it. It didn’t taste bad exactly but was by no means enjoyable to eat. Not the worst thing I’ve had but that’s a low bar for a supposedly tasty vitamin chew.The brand does seem well established and they give you 25 chews in a bottle, which makes for an expensive $1-1.40 per day spend. At that rate, you’d hope for results!Apparently results take 3 months which is standard for fertility stuff. It does seem at least well researched and has the right quantities of ingredients. However, withyhe lackluster taste and beaten up packaging, I’m not sure if the value for money is there for me personally

   I have PCOS and need a little extra support for ovarian function, energy levels and hormonal balance. So far, I’ve had no adverse side effects from taking this supplement. It’s early to speak to it’s efficacy, but all of the ingredients seem pretty well-balanced and appropriate for this type of support. I’ve taken regular Inositol in the past, and I’m encouraged to try something specifically formulated to improve PCOS symptoms.These are chews, similar to Viactiv in texture and consistency, but with a pleasant, fruity flavor. They’re easy to incorporate into the daily routine. So far, one benefit I have noticed is more regularity with my cycle. I take hormonal birth control which I’ve noticed can trigger a period if I miss a day, but this supplement seems to keep me on my usual cycle.I like that because they are individually wrapped chews, I can keep these in my purse for when I forget to take them in the morning. They also stay fresher than gummies typically do.
