the taste is HORRIBLE
I was really excited to try these because I love the O Positiv brand and the ingredients in these gummies are actually really impressive. I appreciate that they use clinically studied cranberry ingredients and focus on urinary tract health and comfort. The price also feels fair considering the quality of the ingredients.That said… the taste is honestly pretty horrible. They’re very bitter and leave a strong unpleasant aftertaste that lingers for a while. I usually enjoy gummy vitamins, but these were difficult to take because of the flavor.Overall, I’m still happy with the product because the formula seems well thought out and effective, but I really hope they improve the taste in the future.

Great to help prevent and treat symptoms of a UTI
I have always suffered from UTI infections. I have tried many products to help me. When I came across this I wanted to see how well it might work. I must say it did help. It helped me with that urgency feeling you get with urinary infections. It also helped with the burning and it helped my infection clear up much faster. This contains cranberry which helps prevent urinary tract infections by stopping bacteria from sticking to the bladder wall, but they cannot cure an active infection. Once an infection has taken hold, antibiotics are required to kill the bacteria. This is good to take to help prevent them and helps with the bad side effects if you get one. Like the burning and urgency. It also contains D-Mannose. When you ingest D-mannose it passes through your kidneys and into your urine. The bacteria binds to the supplemented sugar instead of your urinary tract lining, allowing them to be easily flushed out when you urinate. I have taken this for a few months and I haven’t had any new infections. I plan to buy another bottle to keep taking it. I would definitely recommend.

Think sweet tart dried cranberries, it’s really good. O positiv is a trusted brand. These are made with Pacran branded cranberry extract so this is also more effective. Definitely an easy way to get urinary protection. The gummies are a unique round o shape and the texture is slightly drier than you may expect. They aren’t like gummy bear texture, but more like a fruit leather type of consistency. Again, they are very good. Quality ingredients and effective at controlling and protecting against urinary infection. I like these better than other capsules I have tried in the past.

Easy addition to my daily routine
These gummies are an easy and convenient way to add cranberry support to my daily wellness routine. They taste good, have a pleasant texture, and are much easier for me to remember than capsules or pills. I also appreciate that they don’t leave an unpleasant aftertaste or upset my stomach. Cranberry gummies taste like natural fruit chews and offer effective UTI prevention
If you’re a fan of cranberries, you’ll probably like the taste of these gummies. It’s crazy how many people seem surprised by the taste. They literally contain cranberry powder and vitamin C. Cranberries and vitamin C aren’t overly sweet and neither are these. They taste more like cranberry-apple dried fruit than candy which so many gummy supplements try to mimic. These don’t contain artificial sweeteners and they’re fruit-forward. The D-mannose, which also aids in UTI prevention, is a type of sugar that binds to bacteria so it can flush out when you urinate rather than adhere to the bladder wall. It also offers a bit of sweetness to the gummy since it’s a type of sugar.Most importantly, these gummies are very effective. My grandma died of chronic UTI’s at age 96 and my mom has struggled with chronic UTI’s in her 70’s. I’m determined to not go down the same path and these gummies have been extremely helpful. And aside from UTI prevention, cranberry contains antioxidants which is an extra health bonus!

Pacran is good stuff (and a non-cran person likes this)
Probably taste is the most important feature since if you want to buy these you’ll need to take them consistently. Both the smell & taste are definitely cranberry. Honestly I’ve never liked or even tolerated cranberry, but surprisingly I’m ok with these. They’re passable and I think I may even like them! Maybe because it has 1.5g of sugar per gummy. Regardless, they’re tart yet don’t leave your mouth puckered from tartness nor feeling coated from sweetness. It sort of hits you as an inbetween (they’re not supposed to be candy!). Anyway, the gummies are chewy ones, perhaps a little rubbery, but it’s a texture I like because they don’t get stuck to your teeth. Honestly, they’re down the hatch in two seconds so none of the above is a big deal. As for the rest, it’s a nice product. Both ingredients are commonly recommended for urinary health, so it’s nothing “too out there.” The 500 mg d-mannose dose is significantly lower than typical, though, and the 500mg cranberry powder is on the lower end of normal cran dosing (you can google), so they’re not going for the overkill with these. Importantly, the one bit of info missing is the amount of proanthocyanidins (PACs) — the component of cranberry powder that fights bacteria — but then I noticed that the specific cranberry powder used here, Pacran, is trademarked. So I looked it up – turns out that 500mg Pacran cranberry powder has been used in many clinical studies and is rich in PACS. So all is good. It’s made in Israel and packaged in the US and, most importantly, third-party tested. It’s vegan, and the product page (not the bottle) says the gummies are gluten-free and non-GMO. They arrived with a little over 1.5 yrs of expiration. I’m surprised to hear myself say this since they’re cranberry, but I like them and would buy this again. Definitely more palatable and easier than pounding cran juice.
