I ordered 60 Trulore Biotin Gummies, 5000 mcg per 2 gummy serving | Zero Sugar, Raspberry Flavor by a brand: NuVa. Biotin is found in various foods, including liver, cauliflower, salmon, carrots, bananas, soy flour, cereals, and yeast but is reduced by cooking and preserving. I do not eat these foods on a regular basis so thought supplements that are not pills would be a good idea for me to try. Biotin is a water soluble vitamin supports healthy hair, skin, and nails while also aiding gut balance and digestive health. The daily requirement of biotin is low at 100 mcg a day. Each of these NuVa gummies contain 2500 mcg. I decided to take one gummy a day to see how it works for me. It was important for me to discuss taking biotin with my thyroid doctor because high biotin levels can skew the results of my thyroid hormone testing. I also was having trouble with sleeping at night so I now take biotin gummy in the morning instead of night. The sugar free taste of raspberry makes this gummy easy to eat and I think that each hair shaft is stronger, shinier and is not falling out at the root like it was. I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes less full than most gummy jars, but not so much that it feels like there is a lot of wasted space. I think it is because the gummies are all stuck together in a big clump in the bottle. They separate easily enough to shake some out, so at least you don’t have to dig them out with your finger.If used as directed it will last one month.The expiration date on mine (THANK YOU for not printing it on the bottom of the bottle!) is Mar 2028.The gummies have a firmness to them at the first bite, but they are not chewy – they quickly turn into a jam-like consistency. But they taste good!I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says non-GMO. The website says they manufacture all their products in the USA.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. I was unable to find a website for NuVa or Trulore, but there is one that appears to be for the company that registered for the NuVa trademark in Feb of 2025. The trademark owner is Marie’s Original Formulas LLC, and the site is marieoriginals. It has their phone number and their email and mailing addresses. Pricey, but tastes good.
I think I’d have to take these biotin gummies for months to see results, but the flavor is good. I’m rating it 3 stars because I haven’t seen any impact with hair breakage or my nails- and because at 23$ for a one month supply that’s just too much. If the price comes down I’d rate it better most likely.

Not Great To Eat, Not Effective to Use and Not Easy to Get Out to Use
No idea what makes them for men in particular honestly, as the ingredients appeared to be identical to several other similar gummies used in the past. These definitely were not for me, though, as they seemed to have no effect at all. The taste was not the best with a lot of artificial aftertaste, and it seems like the bottle was not even filled all the way though it did last as long as described based on typical use. Only not 1-star because they did not actually cause any noticeable problems either. Definitely will need to keep shaking this one just to dispense them as the tackiness is unbelievable to the point they may work better as ticky tack.

You have to take this controller for what it is, which is a feature-rich value play. Be prepared to be disappointed if you’re looking for a premium feel and build, d-pad, or buttons. However, if you want something that’s maybe a bit more akin to something slightly below a regular Xbox Series controller, then you’ll be satisfied.Where this controller makes an argument for itself is in the features. Four back buttons, trigger stops, Switch Pro support, motion sensing, and supposedly fancy new stick tech that’ll be drift-resistant. Part of that fanciness is an incredibly high sampling rate which is supposed to improve responsiveness and accuracy. Can I say that I really notice a difference compared to a regular controller that also has good fresh sticks? No, not really. But I can say that they seem to work very well and I don’t have any complaints about them.One nit I do want to pick is the software. I just don’t like having to install an app to get full functionality out of a controller. Now that there’s a new model, I was hoping to see that they might have addressed some of the issues or seized on the opportunities for improvement and new/better features, but unfortunately this seems to be a lateral move rather than an upgrade.With the prior model, my biggest complaint was that the manual recoil configuration system makes the product feel more like a prototype than a finished product, and unfortunately there are no real changes here to report on that front. Manually setting recoil delay, intensity, and fire rate for each gun is immersion breaking and becomes a total pain in any game where you’re switching weapons regularly, and there are so many ways they could have made it better, like:- A small screen to see the current settings and mode- Presets for weapons and entire games to quickly switch through so you only have to configure them once- The ability to save, share, and download those presets so you wouldn’t even have to do it yourself- Actual PCVR integration with games that support recoil/haptics, making the manual mode just a backup for unsupported gamesFor a product that costs a couple hundred bucks, I don’t think these are that extravagant to ask for, and they would seriously make this thing so much better than it is currently.The main difference from the previous version is that there’s now recoil in the stock, which was one of my asks from the previous version and something I was initially excited for. Except for some reason they’ve now decided to remove the recoil from the pistol portion, as well as the ability to detach the pistol.Having the option to detach the pistol (and still have recoil, too) was one of the best features of the previous version, as it was great for games where you switch to a pistol or for games that are primarily pistol-based (Pistol Whip, Alyx, Superhot, etc.). You weren’t just getting a gunstock; you were getting a pistol accessory as well. Not the case anymore.Again, I do think there is so much potential here, and I think it’s a great idea to have a way to have recoil in games that don’t support it. But manual configuration should be a fallback option, not the only means of operation, and it needs to be made more convenient via easy-access presets. So far, I really like these. The raspberry flavor actually tastes like raspberry, and not some chemical sweetener, so there is no weird aftertaste.These are average size and thickness in terms of gummies (See photo), and they are incredibly soft; not “stick to your teeth chewy soft”, just velvety soft.As far as cost, I would say these are in the upper mid-range in terms of price, but considering how clean and aggergy-free they are, you get what you pay for.Biotin does wonders for hair growth and health, so I like to take these daily.As far as hair growth and hair health are concerned, they seem to be effective. I would like to take them longer to see what those results will be long-term, but so far, so good.There are 60 gummies, but you should take 2 a day per the instructions.I would order these again just because they taste good, and I also don’t like taking pills.
