These seem ok as far as supplements go. They do have a pretty strong smell, which is kind of off putting, but beyond that, they are easy enough to swallow and I haven’t had any issues with upset tummy, etc like I have with some supplements. It’s really hard to say whether they are effective or not, as by definition, trace minerals aren’t generally something that cause an immediate and obvious response. Because of that. I do wish that the manufacturer provided more information on each of the active ingredients, explaining what they do and why they are included in this mineral complex. It’s also hard to say whether this is a good value for the money, as it’s difficult to determine how much, if any, benefit taking these capsules is providing. If you know, or at least have reason to believe you are lacking in any of these minerals, this is a fine product and should help. For me, the jury is still out as to whether I am getting any significant benefit from them.

Overall, I am happy with this trace mineral complex. I liked that it includes a variety of minerals in one supplement, and the fact that it is vegan and non-GMO was a nice bonus for me.The capsules were easy to swallow and I did not notice any unpleasant taste or smell. It fit easily into my daily routine and the bottle size is convenient.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the serving information and mineral breakdown were a little easier to understand at first glance, and results with mineral supplements can take time to notice. Still, it seems like a solid product and I would continue using it.
