I want to start by stating that I’m not qualified to scientifically evaluate this product and can only offer anecdotal feedback. Please do your research and make the right choice for you.I have been battling brain fog from perimenopause phase, and was hoping this supplement may offer some relief. I have taken two each day, following the instruction. The pills are small enough so was easy to swallow. There is no unpleasant smell nor taste. I did not notice an immediate change, but after about a week, I started to feel a bit more clarity and improvement in my energy level throughout the day. For this reason I can attest that this is effective. I have not experienced any negative side effect. My blood pressure is naturally low, so have not monitored closely. I do know that raised blood pressure is a known side effect, so if you have this issue, I would definitely consult with your physician if you will be taking this supplement.There is a comment by another reviewer stating that “1500mg ginkgo and “3000mg ginseng is too high!”, reacting to the front label. While I do agree it’s a bit confusing just looking at the front label, I did want to clarify that according to the BACK label we’re getting 70mg ginkgo extract you would get out of 3500mg leaf, and 60mg ginseng extract you would from 3000mg root. So in actuality, what we get in the end is perfectly appropriate amount of daily dose for these two herbs.This bottle contains 120 capsules which equals to 60 day supply.
