This is a single ingredient supplement. The only other ingredients are what the capsule holding the powder supplement is made of. This l’theanine is a specific brand called Suntheanine. This is the exact form of l’theanine that the studies on stress and L’theanine were done with. The dose used was anywhere form 50-200 mg. So the dose of the capsules in this bottle are within that range. Each capsule is 150 mg just under that range. There are 60 doses in this bottle and at 1 a day should last about 2 months. The capsules are not big at all and very easy to swallow.If you are shopping this page you are most likely already are aware of its benefits. What’s important for you to know at this point is about the quality of this brand and if it is legitimate. Nutricost is made in the USA in Utah and has been selling supplements since 2017. Their supplements are 3rd party lab tested, GMP-compliant and made in a US based manufacturing facility with globally sourced ingredients. It is also a non GMO product. Nutricost is a highly reputable supplement company and I feel their Suntheanine is excellent quality.
