Ladies, do yourself a favor and try this
These capsules provide more than 60 billion CFU probiotic per serving in an easy to swallow capsule that also provides the user with cranberry extract for possible additional benefits, especially for women. I started taking probiotics formulated for women in a last ditch effort to shake a situation my gynecologist was unable to control with multiple expensive prescription treatments. Although there was no risk to my health at the time, the symptoms were annoying and returned over and over until I started taking probiotics for women. Since then I won’t be without them. I would advise others to consult with a doctor but consider this as one alternative to taking prescription medication for female issues. I found it reassuring that these are reported to be non GMO, gluten free and made in a GMP compliant/FDA registered facility.

Ingredients are clearly listed.The probiotics listed are types I’ve seen recommended.Along with cranberry extract it includes uvi ursa which is also supposed to help bladder and urinary health/issues. I thought uva ursa was for short time use not sure about using as a daily supplement. I’ll look into it more for me. If this works for long time use it’s a really great addition to the probiotics.Acacia fiber is a good prebiotic and has lots of benefits.The bottle was really really hard to unscrew the first time. But once we got it open it works fine.

This women’s probiotic has an Interesting combination of ingredients that could be helpful for those who suffer with some combination of UTIs, kidney infections, or bladder issues. The uva ursi and cranberry extracts are very helpful for me. I don’t want to use uva ursi on a long term consistent basis, but more for short term, so I wouldn’t use this particular supplement long term. I might personally alternate with a regular probiotic without added ingredients, maybe a month of each.I’m grateful that these capsules are vegetarian. I also find the 60 billion level probiotics to be ideal for my system. They aren’t too intense for me, but they aren’t too little either. Great option for my overall digestive and urinary tract/kidney support!
