Not sure how effective it is but I have not experienced any concerns while taking it. You can open the capsule if you prefer to sprinkle the medication in yogurt instead of swallowing whole. Price is comparable to others.

GIRL!!! Get these right now! And please listen to the instruction on the back to store in the fridge to keep the bacteria alive.I would have recurring BVs and PH imbalances like crazy! There was odor even AFTER showering! Now it smells like nothing down there after a few weeks of use! I really like buying products from Nutricost because they’re affordable, non-GMO, and 3rd-party tested, which gives me peace of mind about quality. After starting this probiotic, I’ve noticed a little improvement overall. I still experience some bloating and constipation at times,but I believe that’s more related to my diet than the product itself. No supplement can work miracles on its own. That being said, I think this is a great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to others who are looking for a solid, trustworthy probiotic option.
