    Decent supplement I use “SymWellness App” on the Apple Store to check the ingredients in my supplements and wether they interact with my medication, along side benefits and side effects.

    Many of the capsules are underfilled.If I had bought this at pretty much any local store, a refund would be available. Not a good way to do business.

    I really didn’t know what to expect when I saarted taking this. But the biggest bonus that I have found and it’s a big one, was in muscle recovery. I have a very strenuous job and I walk about 6 to 10 miles a day. My muscles always felt tired no matter how much sleep I got. After about a week of taking the ergothianeine, my muscles felt a lot better than next day. That has continued and I’m almost finished w the bottle. That in itself is enough to keep me taking this supplement.
