Small pill bad smell
These smell like rotting seaweed and sun baked mullet guts with a light ocean scent. Not horribly strong but definitely present. I have not had any issue with smelling them once swallowed. Easy to swallow. No immediately noticeable positive or negative effects

Iodine the other white meat
Now that we can’t get our iodine in salt we have to buy kelp tablets. F’in genners always screwing things up. Iodine used to be free. You need it otherwise you’ll get a huge lump in your neck and your thyroid won’t work. Hormones bro. Don’t get me started on sea salt, it’s all sea salt.

NutriCost usually has very favorable pricing on basic neutraceuticals, and this bottle of kelp tablets was about $6 less than a bottle at our local HEB grocer that contained a lower quantity of pills. I’m very satisfied with the quality, quantity, and price.
