    My go to Combo for when I’m feeling a something coming on

    This is my go to vitamin combo when I start feeling a little funky. The combination of the Echinacea & Goldenseal root works very well. I start out with two each morning and night for three days, then drop to one each morning and night for three days, then drop it to one a day for the next week and it truly does help.
