    不味い！健康に良いなら我慢して飲むしかない！

    以前はβグルカンのタブレット錠を購入したのですが、粉末のほうが効果が期待できるのではと思い注文しました。見た目は灰色の細いパウダー状になっており、そのまま飲もうとすれば必ずむせます。液体に溶かそうにもうまく溶けず、適量の粉を液体で流し込むようにして摂取しています(独特の風味があり、かなり不味いです)。タブレット錠のときも同じでしたが、何か目に見えた効果がある訳ではなく、なんとなく落ち着くかなくらいです。色々と噂されてるβグルカンですが、気になる人はまずはタブレット錠からおススメします。追記現在は市販のオブラートに包んで飲んでいます。オブラートに包むことでカプセルのサプリメントと同じように飲むことができるので、βグルカン特有の飲みにくさもなく継続して飲むことができています。

    It’s working for me it’s making my bowl movements nice easy and regular…tastes funky..but it’s bearable. After a week im fine with the taste..mix it with flavored water or juice if the taste is too much for you..it basically has a mild dirt flavor

    When drinking it mix with a juice, kinda has a funny taste but really doable with the juice.

    I drink this and now started mixing it into my face cream with niaminicide and it seems to be really helping with dark spots.

    Serves the purpose as supplement. Quite bitter, but palatable with a little stevia. Mixes easily. Requires 4 scoops for therapeutic dose.

    OMG!!

    The worst product! Looking for a beta glucan powder, not realizing that this is yeast based, oat or barley based is more gut friendly and more nutritional. This just sits in your stomach and ferments creating bloating and gas. Awful chemical smell and taste right in the trash!
