Taking off one star because they are hard to mix compared to some others, but the flavors are good and the electrolyte combination and BCAA’s for the price and convenience of single serve packets is great. I wasn’t a huge fan of the apple flavor, expected jolly rancher like taste but it tasted more like an actual apple, just not as tart as a granny smith. Other flavors are good and these are easy to stash in a gym back, lunch pack, laptop bag, etc.
