    You need this

    I add a little to my morning shakes! I even use in my water but has a funny taste. Nothing terrible. We use it on everyone in the house and I keep a spare bottle at work. I make coworkers use when they are feeling down.

    It allows you to take higher doses of vitamin C without the adverse effects that ascorbic acid causes. I mixed it with juice and it had no adverse affect on the taste of the juice.

    High quality powder for anti-inflammation

    I love this powdered buffered vitamin C. I like that it’s not a tablet so I don’t have to worry about whether it will dissolve or not. I follow the dosing on the bottle, put the powder in a shot of water, drink it down and I’m good for the day (the taste doesn’t bother me). It helps me keep inflammation down and helps with collagen production too. It has a bunch of benefits.
