    Finally something worked

    This is the first I’ve found to give me results. A little background on my health / fitness: I was never overweight, just 5-8 lbs of extra softness all over as my entire life I never worked out / went to gym. ( I am currently 34 years old ) About 10 months ago I started going to the gym for the first time around 3-4 times a week, 6 months ago I started going 5-6 days a week and never miss. I noticed that although I was firming up and could see some slight muscle definition, I didn’t feel my clothes fit any better and I wasn’t losing any weight on the scale. I also had a little bit of a problem with late night eating which doesn’t help. So basically I was getting in shape but none of the fat / softness was falling off.The reviews were good and I decided to try this. I’ve been taking them once a day 30 minutes prior to breakfast, and I’ve lost 4.5 lbs in the 3 weeks. I do not take them a second time ( before lunch ) as recommended.Pros: actually experiencing weight loss! 4.5 lbs so far.. It doesn’t give me jitters or make me feel anxious. It has also curbed my appetite slightly and I’ve been making smarter food choices. I am “going” much more regular than before which I assume is contributing to the weight loss. If you continue to eat heavy before bed and consume fast food daily, I can’t confirm it will still help you. I do not eat perfectly but I eat very balanced and a ratio of 75-25 good and bad foods.Cons: It does make me feel a bit hot flashy throughout the day and even in to the night, and I sweat a little more. ( which is why I opt out of taking it a 2nd time ) It doesn’t make me go harder in the gym either. I used to take a half pill of Fastin by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals before workouts and that REALLY made me go hard in the gym, but wasn’t causing me to lose any lbs.

    Nauseating

    I’m really not sure if this works or not. I haven’t taken it very much because every time i do, i feel like I’m on meth or get sick to my stomach. I’m a regular coffee drinker so i don’t think it’s the caffeine that makes me feel awful. One pill doesn’t seem like it does anything. 2 makes me sick. I couldn’t imagine taking 3. I would probably have a heart attack.

    What I don’t like on this product is on the first 3 days of taking it!As the instructions read take 3 pills in the morning and 3 in the afternoon.However, in my case I adjusted the qty of intake and the intake method and schedule.In short, I only take 4 pills daily. 3 in the morning with intervals and a meal before taking the 1st pill. Then take the 2 during my workout.I’m a retired individual at 61 years old! So I have time to exercise at my own phase.This is how I do it:Morning: eat a bowl of cereal or 1 soft boiled egg and a slice of bread with peanut butter and a banana. After, I take one pill.Then I go to the gym and use the elyptical machine or hop on the threadmill machine for 30 minutes and then take a 10 minute break then take one pill. Then do some dumbbell exercise routines. for 15 minutes. Then take another 10 minute break.Take one pill. Hop back on the threadmill or elyptical machine for another 30 minutes. Take a ten minute break. Do the pully machines for 15 minutes. And that’s my morning.While on the gym I consume 3 bottles of bottled water.It is very important to consume Lots of liquid intake for these pills to work!I have a tuna sandwich or a ham and cheese sandwich or any non-heavy meal sandwich at around 4 PM. Then take one pill and do my regular light house chores.That’s it! It worked!I noticed the lose of weight after 1 week!Just kept doing my routine exercises and daily meals for a month.I stand at 5 feet and 9 inches in height.I was 175 lbs when I started taking these pills and now I weigh 163 lbs which was my goal. This weight loss s ideal for ky height!Always remember, YOU NEED TO EXCERCISE AND HAVE A CONTROLLED FOOD INTAKE AND STRICT WATER INTAKE WHICH FOR ME WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT FOR THIS PILLS TO WORK!Again, this is just for me to share my review for this product and perhaps it wouldn’t work for other individuals, but as for me, “it works”!
