This supplement definitely worked for me. I will say maybe consult with your doctor first. But my doctor just told me to take vitamin E which does of course work, but it works very slowly over many months. and she was just telling me how it’s the most researched item out there that they know for sure helps with the liver. She told me all the other supplements out there have conflicting research where some of the ingredients can help the liver but too much of it can actually damage the liver. I personally feel like you just have to be careful. There’s a fine line between taking too much and taking just enough. I took this supplement anyway due to other reviews and people saying how much it helped them . and as you can see from the photo, my liver levels are really great now. I’m very happy. I purchased it from their official website instead of from Amazon because they had a discount available where I got two bottles. I highly recommend it. I also did not take it daily. There will be times where I would take it every day for a week and then I would forget for a day or two and take it again so you don’t have to be strict on it. However, once your liver levels get back to normal, I recommend stopping because it’s not something you should take forever and it even says that on the bottle.
