There is beet powder in the ingredients. Well you know what happens when you eat beets ? Unless you used to that (which I am not) I will not be continuing this product after 5 days. Didn’t like what I was seeing in the toilet. It seemed to help in my recovery I must admit but will try another product. Not a true gummy in that sense as well (similar to what other users describe). Wont even make it past 1 week of trying.
