It works, but pricey
I rarely rate anything at 5 stars, but this brand is high quality and actually works.I’ve been working out for years and I know when a supplement is working, and this one does.I just took 2 before going to the gym and the workouts were a little more intense and the muscle growth effect was noticable before the bottle was finished.I think they’re a little pricey, and wish they offered a high quantity for lower price per dose, but they do work.I think with any supplement like this, you can have stomach upset or similar issues, but nothing major for me.Definitely recommend pairing with creatine, and obviously a balanced diet focused on protein, fiber, and plenty of water.

Better than placebo? Maybe, but is it worth it? Hard to say
Pricey and I couldn’t really tell if it was making a difference beyond placebo most of the time personally. They are pill form, and work out to basically $2 per serving/day, which is a little high imo, if you’re not doing anything yet, you could probably spend 2 bucks a day on an extra protein powder / shake and get more impact, and if you already are getting plenty of protein there are plenty of well researched supplements to pick from out there. If you’re a serious trainer already doing a lot of those things, just looking for a little more edge, idk, maybe this works for you. Personally I’m not that, just an average guy trying to stay somewhat fit and get stronger.. and so I can’t say for sure that this helped, but it definitely didn’t hurt. All of this is more instinct and feeling, so take it with a grain of salt, but if there was any gain, I feel like I might have had a little more drive or aggression like Testosterone was elevated just slightly pushing me to go a little harder at work or in the gym. Of course, it could also be that the days I took this was also a time I was already more motivated to improve for other reasons, and so my adding this and feeling that way could be just correlated and not actually a benefit of the supplement. The first thing I noticed personally when taking BYLD is a sort of burning feel in my stomach, not painful or anything, but like I could tell when the powder got released from the capsule inside my stomach and it was like a spicy internal battle as it dissolved which made me a little thirsty, and gave me a short lived acid reflux-like feeling. That sensation occurred pretty consistently for the hour or 2 after I took a dose, along with an elevated body temperature. I think some of that is how your body boosts metabolism and burns extra calories.The branding is cool, but there are so many marketing jargon names like the “rip factor”, “Senactive” and “Astragin” which aren’t clearly defined to what they are supposed to actually do or what their active ingredients are. That sort of labeling makes me a bit skeptical, as I would rather personally just see some clinical trials, or clear list of active ingredients so I can research them individually more easily.

I followed the recommended dosage on the bottle and used it for one complete bottle.They come in capsules, so there’s no flavor.My experience with this product was good in terms of muscle growth, both in terms of volume and definition. I experienced a lower overall immune system, which aligns with research on mystatin inhibitors. The weakened immune system led to additional acne, being more susceptible to illnesses, and a lower overall energy level. I took this product prior to winter in order to mitigate the amount of illnesses I could contract. Overall it was an effective supplement for building muscle.

Nutrabio is my go-to supplement company due to their amazing quality standards, transparency, and testing. Using the lot number on the bottom of each product you can view the 3rd party test results yourself, and there is tons of media touring their facilities and interviewing their owner.This product is designed to enhance endurance, growth, and recovery. I’ve been weight training regularly since high-school and have used many products over the years. The main ingredient in this is RipFactor, which has an 8 week clinical trial showing serious gains in overall performance. I’m currently using this while dieting to avoid catabolism rather than trying to bulk. I’m also rehabing from a knee injury.According to the study you can see noticeable differences in as little as 14 days, with 8 weeks being the main marker point. I’m only 6 days in so far so can’t say I’ve noticed anything other than a harder muscle pump and maybe some improved recovery time. I’m currently stacking this with Performax HyperMax 3D, and it’s been a good combo with no side affects.Mild taste and smell of the capsules due to some breakage in shipping. It did not come stuff with cotton like usual so they shook around a bit. It is not offensive and just herbal.I like the inclusion of testosterone and stress support. If you’re looking to gain or preserve some muscle and are a trained individual, I’d definitely give this a 2 month run. If you’re just starting out, spend your money on food and some more basics like creatine and protein first before something advanced like this.
