Smoky flavor

This product has a very smoky flavor that is actually quite strong and was totally unexpected. That having been said it does go nicely when blended into beverages that have strong flavors. The small liquid dropper form offers a great way to consume the combination of ingredients, including vitamins, ginger, cinnamon, etc., making it easy to use. These ingredients are considered to be useful for pain relief from inflammation, as well as other things including weight loss, though obviously everyone’s experience can vary – I like turmeric for help with inflammation, hence I thought this would be a good product for me.

No taste is a good thing

This 7-in-1 Liquid Turmeric Curcumin with Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2, Ginger, Ceylon Cinnamon, Garlic, and Black Pepper comes in two packs of 30 ml each. I am usually hesitant to use liquid supplements or tinctures, as I am a big baby when it comes to taste. When my daughter was little, I often felt jealous of the variety of flavors she had for her liquid medications. I once asked the pharmacist if he could flavor my cough medicine, and he looked at me sideways. This supplement, when put in 1-2 ounces of water, literally tasted like nothing. It was definitely a pleasant surprise. Considering liquid supplements are more bioavailable, along with being quite deficient in vitamin D, this supplement just became my favorite daily D3. Additionally, the inclusion of K2, which is essential when supplementing with D3, is a good value even without factoring in the benefits of ginger, cinnamon, garlic, and black pepper. You can add it to other things and not worry about altering the taste. Just 1 ml per day is all it takes, and the dropper has a handy print that includes the proper measurement.
