A very unique supplement in that it couples vitality-boosting fenugreek with cognitive supports. I’ve been familiar with ginko for a long time, and fenugreek as well. Functional mushrooms are a newer horizon for me, but I’m quickly discovering I enjoy their benefits. The fact that this supplement combines all of those things while retaining a very reasonable cost is awesome. This is strictly anecdotal, but I definitely felt a lot more focus when I recently took this supplement before a musical performance. The dosages are very large compared to other suppliers I’ve used, and I find the practice of using concentrates like this further complicates things on the label when trying to figure out how much you are really getting.

I’ve been happy with these so far
I tend to be sensitive to some products, but was confident that these supplements, with only five ingredients, would be worth a try. I was impressed that they used organic, non-GMO products and actually did some testing on their ingredients.I’ve only taken them for a few weeks and cannot guarantee that I’ve improved, but it seems I have more energy as I’ve been getting things done that I’ve neglected for a while. I tend to be pretty even-tempered anyway, but haven’t lost my cool during the holiday hustle and bustle. And I’ve had no negative reactions, as expected.This supplement is affordable at about $10 for a 45-day supply at the time of this review. So, I plan to continue using them to see if I get more benefits from using them in the long term. But for now, I’m happy with this product.

Helps sleep, improves mental sharpness
I was skeptical when I bought this, but a bit desperate to find something to help. Since I’ve started taking these, I sleep so much better (I take 2 before bed). During the day, I feel like my memory has improved & I don’t have the brain fog I used to. I’m getting older & have started to feel like I was becoming….I don’t know…. less intellectual. Not as smart. I haven’t turned into Einstein overnight but I definitely feel like I can better access what’s in my brain. I will buy these again & again.
