I’m going to have to update my review in a few days because I was taking this and I’m not sure if it’s this or I just came down with a little bug. I started to feel real bloated and now I’ve got the runs. I do take Ozempic and I’ve been trying to up my protein so honestly it could be that. So I’m giving this a rest for a few days to get back to normal and then I’ll try it again. I wasn’t feeling anything the first few days I was taking it. So I’ll update in a couple weeks when I’m able to start feeling better and than stay taking it again. But this is a good brand, there is no taste. I honestly didn’t feel any energy from it, but like I said I could have come down with a bug. I honestly think it’s worth a shot because of the brand. It’s a well used brand and seems like a great price for what you’re getting.

Stacking nine ingredients into one capsule reads great on the label, but most of them are dosed well below the research they’re borrowing credibility from.Adequately dosed:- SenActiv (50 mg): Matches NuLiv Science’s own published effective dose for exercise recovery and senescent cell clearance.- NMN (250 mg): Below the 500-1,000 mg many longevity protocols use, but a real, human-trial-supported entry dose for raising NAD+.- Infinite-NAD (1,000 mg): The largest ingredient in the capsule, a patent-pending pomegranate rind/marigold extract exclusive to the manufacturer. Dosed at the same level as the company’s own cited trial, but that trial is company-sponsored and hasn’t been independently replicated the way NMN or NR research has. I have been doing a lot of research about the benefits of NAD+ and wanted to give this one a try. I was impressed that this formula combines 11 ingredients to target cellular aging. Since I am getting older, and NAD+ level naturally decline with age, I wanted some added support to target cellular aging. In the bottle, you get 60 capsules which is enough for a month supply as the directions state to take 2 capsules per day. I have not experienced any side effects since starting this supplement. I like that these supplements are stimulant free and leave no aftertaste. I have noticed an increase in my energy levels and can’t wait to see the continued benefits of taking this supplement.

Decent pills w/ mild effects
This pills are pretty sizeable. You will be best serve taking them with something to drink. It is a total of 60 cables per bottle & it’s recommended to only take 1 per day. They have no odor but they do leave a bland aftertaste. So far I have noticed no side effects. These do not seem to provide any boost to energy levels but they aren’t advertised to assist with energy, just anti-aging. Fpr the amount of pills ,it is a good price for the quality & quantity.
