So far, my friend has had a decent experience with these. They reported noticing a bit of an improvement in overall awareness and focus, although the difference wasn’t dramatic.The ingredient list is interesting, and I like that it includes things such as L-theanine, L-tyrosine, ginseng, and other commonly used ingredients for cognitive support.The biggest concern so far has been occasional dizziness, which is something worth paying attention to. Because of that, I wouldn’t consider this an automatic recommendation for everyone.The other drawback is the price. For the amount you get, it’s fairly expensive compared with buying some of the individual ingredients separately.Overall, 3 stars based on the experience so far. There seem to be some positive effects, but the occasional dizziness and higher price keep this from being a perfect score.

I know that the price is pretty high for this bottle. But Nugenix is a trusted brand, and it is chock-full of ingredients. I would say that it has a very reasonable amount of caffeine, a little less than an energy drink, but more than a soda. Honestly, if it had more, I wouldn’t take it. But it does also have L-Theanine, so you won’t be so anxious while taking the caffeine. I’m sure all the other ingredients add to the experience, but I’d be fine if it was just caffeine and L-Theanine. The pill size is pretty big, but still manageable. You will definitely feel a boost of energy and brain power with this.

TL;DR: buzzwords with decent ingredients, maybe consult with doctor firstWhen it comes to mental focus or energy supplements you need to be careful. Like this supplement, they tend to contain caffeine. Thankfully this supplement only has 65 mg, which is within range of a cup of coffee.Caffeine is paired with theanine to help with synergy and focus, preventing caffeine jitters.Other common ingredients for focus include the lions mane, alpha GPC, and tyrosine for neurotransmitters.This supplement actually contains a unique ingredient. Was going to be 3 stars but added one star for this.Contains galangal extract, which I haven’t heard of before. Supposedly, it helps keep more dopamine and choline circulating in your brain, which can help provide focus. Plus it supposedly helps mitigate caffeine crashes, (alongside with theanine). I would say based on those alleged benifets, you should talk with your doctor if you are already taking medication related to your neurotransmitters like ADHD or depression, etc.Overall, although it has buzzwords the ingredients actually seem fairly good.

A bit disappointed in this.I have been taking it consistently for well over a week and can’t really tell if anything is improved. I have had no side effects, but haven’t been feeling much different. I would say it’s ineffective, at least in my case of using it.I noticed it contains caffeine so you would want to take it earlier in the day as it recommends. I took with food, though it says you can take with/without.I have been able to focus like normal, but is that just the caffeine? I drink coffee, but have backed off on the amount of coffee while taking this to see if it’d change anything. I was expecting something more noticeable I guess or something to stand out by taking this.As such, I’d say this is not worth the money (~$80 when I got it, though it looks like it’s come down to ~$70). If you knew that it was going to provide that boost and you had some important project or studying/learning that required laser focus, I could see this being more easily justified. Long-term, regular use though I think would be out of reach for many people, even if they got some mild boost out of it.

My husband has been taking Nugenix testosterone supplements for a while now, so we’re already familiar with the brand and have had a good experience with it. That’s what made me interested in trying their NeuroZone supplement.The first thing that stood out to me was the price. At around $80 for only a one-month supply, it’s much more expensive than I expected. We pay around that price for a much longer supply of the Nugenix testosterone supplement, so this one feels difficult to justify. Had I not received it through the Vine program, I probably wouldn’t have purchased it at that price.Another thing I noticed after reading the label is that each serving contains 65 mg of caffeine. While that may not be a problem for everyone, I do think it should be advertised more prominently on the front of the bottle. Many people who take workout or performance supplements are already consuming coffee, energy drinks, or pre-workout, so it’s important to know you’re getting additional caffeine from this product as well.The capsules themselves are standard-sized supplement capsules and are easy enough to swallow. They don’t have any noticeable taste since you take them whole.The ingredient list looks solid, and based on our experience, Nugenix has been a reliable brand. My only real drawbacks are the high price and the fact that the caffeine content isn’t emphasized more clearly.Overall, it seems like a quality supplement, but considering the cost, I’d personally look for a more affordable alternative with similar ingredients.
