Hard to comment on the benefits of the product but as for taste and texture of the product they are fine. A serving is four gummies. They are pretty sticky so they really need to stay in the container which makes it less useful for travel. I think they would likely melt in a hot car also. I have not tried it but the consistency suggests they would. I am new to Creatine so not sure if they have they needed dose and such but they are not overly sweet.
