    At 5g of creatine, this is a very reasonable way to get in a maintenance dose of creatine for your daily use. The taurine is a nice touch, but a bit low at 400mg. There is B12 in here as well, also a bit low at 80mcg. It’s something. Contains no caffeine. Flavour is reasonable, and likely about as good as can be managed when there’s creatine in there. The texture definitely tells you that creatine is in the mix. I can’t scientifically verify the amount of creatine, but it does have the feel of about 5g per dose (4 gummies). The container basically represents a month supply.The flavour is ok, not particularly strong, but not weak either. There’s enough to know that it isn’t just gelatin with creatine in it. And the flavour is good enough to be able to eat the things but not so good that they’re addictive.For people that are loading, you’re much better off using a powder mix instead. If you load at even 20g, you’ll go through this container in very short order.The listing and container both show a claim that the product is lab-verified, but they don’t say which lab, which country, etc, so use at your own risk. There is an image on the listing that shows the ingredients. I don’t see anything in there that’s concerning, but again, have a look and use at your own risk.

Even though this product is NSF certified and it appears to be of reasonable quality, the lack of NPN points to a number of possibilities, one being that the product is sold as a food substance, not a supplement. The other reason for the removal of one star is the presence of sugar in the gummies.
