    NOW Vitamin E Capsules

    The product arrived quickly due to Amazon Prime. They are easy to swallow without that soft capsule after taste and great value. I am now taking one per week because the recommendation is to only take 15mgs of Vitamin E per day. One covers the week. If you plan on having surgery, it is recommended that you stop taking Vitamin E a week or two before surgery because it thins the blood making the patient more susceptible to bleeding during surgery. Although the capsules are easy to swallow, I cut a few to use the oil. Apparently, these capsules absorb in liquid. They were a bit difficult to cut. Always speak to your doctor as you decide to purchase this product. Its a good product.

    My dog has chronic hepatitis, immune-mediated. His internal medicine specialist veterinarian recommended these as part of his drug regimen. Dog takes them easily (in peanut butter) and they seem to be helping along with the other medications. I’ve used products from NOW for myself and my dogs for years – excellent company and excellent products.

    Effective vitamins, at the rigt dosage

    I’ve taken Vitamin E for decades. First, to prevent stretch marks from lifting, and now as an anti-oxidant. I wanted to drop from a 400 to 200 IU dosage, and these provide that, at a very attractive price. Their size makes them very easy to swallow, so I can add some of my other supplements at the same time.They work fine, are easy to use; a no-brainer for a quality Vitamin E softgel.
