Love the Brand and Love the Taste
I have been taking Vitamin D3 supplements for about 6 years, so when I saw that these Vitamin D3 gummies were available from a brand that I had purchased from and feel confident with, I thought I’d give them a try.The Gummies taste absolutely delicious, have a great texture, don’t leave a bad taste in my mouth, or upset my stomach. They have not melted, even in the Southern USA heat while being shipped to my home. I have found a few that were stuck together, but it’s not a problem to separate them from each other. They digest just fine, and are very easy to use. You just take your gummy, pop it into your mouth, chew up the delicious strawberry flavored gummy, and you’ve gotten your supplement in without gagging on a pill.I appreciate the quality of this supplement. NOW is based in the USA but uses global ingredients. That said, the company is known for its stringent testing and since I have used supplement from this company for years, I trust them.The only issue that I have with these gummies is that I take a much higher dose of Vitamin D3 than what one gummy offers. I find that I take 5 a day to get my 5000 IU’s that my doctor has recommended for me. Keep that in mind when you look at how long the 90 gummies will last. For me, taking 5 a day, the bottle will only last 18 days. Keeping that in mind, the value for “me” is not good. If you only take one or two a day, the bottle will last 90 or 45 days respectfully.This is the only reason that I gave a 4 star review instead of 5 star – the amount that I take per day just doesn’t make taking this feasible.

Solid supplement and no upset stomach for me.
I wanted to take these for a while and let the blood work actually show that these are doing what they’re supposed to be doing. I finished the bottle had blood work done prior, which I do regularly anyways because I tend to be deficient in vitamin D. After taking the whole bottle one per day the following blood work showed a statistically significant increase in my vitamin D serum levels. Which tells me that these do contain a suitable amount of vitamin D that will have a physiological effect. That being said, I generally don’t tolerate orally consumed vitamin D very well, it upsets my stomach. But for whatever reason these works just fine. I don’t understand the difference but these did not upset my stomach at all and still increased my vitamin D level. They might be a suitable replacement come this winter when I can’t get outside in the sun as much as I do now keep my levels up. The taste was good, the texture was fine they were not overly sweet and just in general I thought they were a good product I know that this is a reputable company I’ve used other supplements from them so this one definitely gets a thumbs up from me

I’ve really enjoyed these vitamin gummies and have had a great experience with them so far. They taste nice, with a pleasant flavor that makes taking vitamins something I actually look forward to. sweet and tart, easy to pop
Small and yummy, these are tart and sweet at the same time, making me salivate over them. But they are not so sweet as to hurt my tooth, which is a relief to my sensitive teeth. Only 1 or 2 a day is recommended, otherwise I’d like to pop a lot more of them into my mouth. They came well sealed with couple years left to go on the clock for the expiration, plenty of freshness left. Dr has been routinely recommending vitamine D for various reasons and I didn’t really follow, now I can start.
