I use these mostly for my older dog who I found abandoned, tied up behind an empty house 3 winters ago. He’s had a few vestibular episodes since and these along with a specific regiment help him recover and keep the episodes at one a year. I’ve taken these myself without any issues. I usually always try any supplements before giving them to my pets. I’m the test animal y’all 🤓 And I’m still alive! These are smaller capsules than the others. They’re not tablets so the coating everyone is whining about IS NOT USED ON CAPSULES. No, it’s not time released so if that’s a problem for you take it in a teaspoon of pb, or wrap tightly in pill pocket for pets, on an empty stomach and get on with your life. I do drink a full glass of water with these, any supplements on an empty stomach, and I do give my dog water mixed with electrolytes when he takes his. I’ve not noticed any discomfort on his end, or mine for that matter, and he does have a sensitive stomach at his age and having eaten who knows what before I came along. Try em, don’t try em…. couldn’t care less. I’m happy with the product and have purchased several times. ✌

Helps with blood pressure
I’m using this with nattokinase to help keep my blood pressure down and I think it’s working. I take one of each first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I will be using this one month on then off, while using the nattokinase continuously
