    This is a good product to lower your bad cholesterol

    This is a good product to lower your bad cholesterol, your LDL, I call it your Lousy Cholesterol and will support your Good Cholesterol, I call your Happy Cholesterol HDL. Good way to remember which is which. Along with a good diet high in Good Cholesterol, like walnuts, olive oil , avocado, lean skinless and fish or fish oil, I also take Cod Liver gel caps. My happy Cholesterol is way up their double the normal, high 80’s and low 90’s.. The higher the good cholesterol, the minimal chance for a heart attack or stroke.

    Figured I’d try this before statins. Cholesterol did drop by about 20pts after a few months of use. Could be diet or exercise too. Anyway, wasn’t big enough drop to not try statins. Might try to take both after next blood test. Only side effect was being a bit tired or fatigued.
