It’s fine for a Methyl B-12 supplement. I buy a lot of NOW products so I got this right away before I realized it was a lozenge and not a capsule. I’d prefer my supplements without xylitol, just in case one drops and the dog is nearby–that can be dangerous. Otherwise, the amount of B-12 is good.

As always, before putting anything in my body to be absorbed and digested, I want to make sure it’s safe and made by a trusted manufacturer, especially for supplements which fall outside the purview of the FDA and are completely unregulated.Out of all the supplements brands out there though, it was a bit surprising to see Now Supplements on Amazon, as they’re one of the top most recognized and respected brands in supplements, and do serious efficacy, safety, and purity testing for their products.This formula includes mostly the same stuff you would find in other B12 supplements.Testing one out, it was easy to chew with a nice flavor and went down easily.
