    First of all this is the best form of Lion’s Mane mushroom, it is an extract of the fruiting body of organic Lions Mane. You can take it on an empty stomach, but I recommend taking it right after a meal to ensure it is fully absorbed.ChatGPT recommended Lion’s Mane mushroom supplementation for various health conditions I have related to systematic inflammation. In the first week I’ve noticed an improvement to my mood and less inflammation in my abdomin. It may have also improved my sleep quality and how quickly I fell asleep each day. This supplement is supposed takes 3-4 weeks to really start taking effect according to PubMed peer reviewed studies. So I still have another week or two before the benefits truely start making progress.Studies have show that your reaction times/reflexes improve and ability to learn quicker also improve within the first hour.     I started taking this Lion’s Mane because my brain felt like it had 37 tabs open and music playing somewhere I couldn’t find. After a couple weeks on this stuff? Tabs closed.     I like these and I like this brand

    I get this brand of of lions mane to get the capsules at a good price because they are very easy to take and I like this brand.I also take another brand of lions mane, but this is much less expensive and of a good quality. I like the powder, but these capsules are so easy if I am not going to mix the powder in a coffee I just take a couple of these. I really do believe that lions mane helps and take it daily. If I don’t take it, I notice a difference. I think that now brand offers a good product at a good price and I use several of their supplements on a regular basis.

    I take this every day. I’ve tried every type of antidepressant there is and this natural supplement beats them all, naturally. It elevates my mood and even my doctor approves.
