Healthy stools, easy digestion.I’m going to get blood work to see if my iron has increased?I was told I need 64MG per day so I am consistently taking 2 per day.The doctor told me to take what she prescribed which causes constipation.I refuse. She said she will check my blood in 3 months.I’ll probably go to a lab and have them do the test. Then show her the results.I don’t trust a lot of these doctors.Stay tuned for results6/7/2024 update. Currently in hospital for dizziness. Doctors drew blood and these pills WORK! I increased from 9.4 to 11 in Iron by taking 2 of these per day.Dizziness is NOT related to these supplements. They are safe. I just ordered more and will continue to take until my new PCP says my iron level is where it needs to be and I no longer need to add iron supplement.Thanks to whomever invented these!

Yep, It’s Iron Alright! Gets the Job Done
Alright, so the doc flagged my iron levels as being lower than my enthusiasm for Monday mornings. Started taking these NOW Iron capsules, and gotta say, they seem to be working. My energy isn’t suddenly superhuman – I’m not about to run a marathon – but I definitely feel less like a zombie shuffling through the day. So, thumbs up for effectiveness!The capsules themselves are fine, pretty standard size, no weird aftertaste or anything. Easy enough to swallow. Price point is decent too, which is always nice.So why 4 stars instead of 5? Well, let’s be honest, it’s iron. And iron can be a bit of a bully to the digestive system. Nothing catastrophic, mind you, but things can get a little… let’s call it “backed up,” if you catch my drift. It’s manageable with enough water and maybe some extra fiber, but it’s that classic iron charm, you know? Not the supplement’s fault, really, just the nature of the beast.Overall, 4 stars seems fair. It boosts my iron like it’s supposed to, and the price is right. Just be prepared to handle the potential digestive slowdown. Recommended if you need the iron kick!

Quality iron that does not bother my digestion.
Extremely please with this product. I have looked for iron in the past I don’t like many that contain other ingredients that I feel are not safe. This was just pure and natural in a capsule easy to swallow does not bother my stomach or my digestion at all and I don’t have to even take it with food I take two a day and it’s been helping a lot. I’ll definitely keep buying it it’s the best I’ve ever found for my needs!

Best iron supplement
This iron supplement is great. It has 36 mg of iron and doesn’t constipate me, some iron pills have that reputation. I definitely feel a difference when taking this particular one as opposed to other brands. When I take this brand, I don’t feel as tired, I get less frequent or less intense migraines, and the brain fog isn’t as bad.

I’ve tried ‘em all. I’m labs say I’m low on iron, but all the other iron supplements plug me up like cement.My Doc suggested this brand with a spoonful of MIralax in my coffee….. not bad !

Easy on the tummy
I’ve tried a few iron supplements and this brand has been the best. No upset tummy. I don’t have any after taste that usually follows with iron pills. Not sure if it is working as I haven’t had my bloodwork tested since using. I do add Vitamin C with it for better absorption. The best thing about these supplements is that they allow me to stay regular. No constipation!
