NOW is a brand I generally trust, and I like that this is a fairly simple formula rather than an enormous proprietary blend.The 300 mg Tongkat Ali extract is the more interesting part of the formula. The 800 mg of L-arginine is less impressive, as effective supplemental doses are generally considerably higher, so I view it more as a supporting ingredient here.I’ve had no side effects from taking the recommended two capsules. I also can’t say I’ve noticed any obvious benefits yet, although this is the sort of supplement where results can be difficult to judge subjectively.At about $27 for 45 servings, the cost works out to roughly $0.61 per daily serving, which I think is a perfectly reasonable value from an established brand.Overall, a good product with a respectable formula, but I’m stopping at four stars because I’m not convinced the dosing is strong enough to expect dramatic results.
