    Ive been buying NOW whey isolate for 8 yrs now and several other supplements. I’ve been taking Arginine/Cit for about 6 yrs. I use it for my workouts and when I go to bed (for recovery/blood flow to muscles). Im not a Dr, but this seems like something people with heart issues/high blood pressure should take as well. There are also some positive side effects with the ladies.

    I used to do the powdered delivery of this combo before working out. But if I was delayed in any fashion, it felt like my heart (and head) was going to blow up. I prefer the released dosing that capsules provide.
