Good product
I have been taking this krill oil for 8 months. The best feature for me is no “fish burps”. Not even once. I still need to go in and get my cholesterol checked, but I am certain that this has made a big difference. I feel healthy, and that’s what really counts.

Krill oil is known to be more effective and beneficial than Fish oil, especially for women, because it’s antioxidant content, astaxanthin (not found in fish oil) and higher bioavailability of DHA and EPA. They also help with abdominal and menstrual cramps, this is great for joint health from the jump, but this also has the added benefit of COQ10, and they’re both above or of adequate dosing. I can’t find another supplement that’s combined like this and at the price that it’s at. This is a supplement I use over and over again. I have noticed a pretty big difference in my skin, especially pertaining to dryness, and decreased inflammation in my back. I will probably always buy this product, it’s just something you should be taking as a woman.
