3 in 1 for me !3 in 1 for me !
First of all, I ordered this to reduce the number of pills I have been taking for Vitamin D, Co Q10, and L-Carnitine (not particularly to deal with blood pressure issues). So for that purpose, as I can just take this one regular sized pill instead of taking 3, that is already a winner for me. As I take about 16-17 pills a day (3 times ; on empty stomach, between meals, and with meals), it is kinda a big deal for me if I can reduce the number of pills I take (also less time to organize pills too). Now, I have been taking CoQ10 & L-carnitine to improve my exercise performance, (like helping me recover faster from exercising ), which I firmly believe helped me a lot. I also know for a fact that several studies have shown both are helpful in heart function (CoQ10 for protecting heart muscle, and L carnitine for improvement in heart function etc.). Still, I believe that the results of taking supplements to help personal health issues could be different depending on so many other variables related to each person. My thinking is that if I read a certain supplement that helped some and didn’t work for others, I try to see it myself as long as there are no significantly known side effects (or my doc is completely against it).One crucial factor for my trial and error approach for each supplement though is that whether the brand is trustworthy or not. In such regard, I have been taking many supplements from this brand, and never had any issue, so quality of the brand is something I can confidently vouch for.
