Hard to know yet if it’s working or not. Dosage says 2 capsules, 1 to 3 times a day. Wasn’t sick when I started taking them, so just took 2 a day. Hubby now has a head cold & I upped the dose to 2 times a day. So far so good. Will most likely buy again.

I recovered from the flu in record time!
I cannot recommend this highly enough. I ordered this on Sunday, October 14th, received it Tuesday, the 16th. I was able to work on Thursday night, the 18th. I deliver 🍕 and such. On Sunday, I had started to feel something coming on and ordered this quickly. Monday was when I had the digestive issues of the flu, general flu stuff. I had upped my oil of oregano intake on Sunday. I started feeling stuffiness in my head and on Tuesday, I drove down to the mailbox and retrieved this. Reduced extreme itching caused by PBC (primary biliary cirrhosis) by 70% within 3 days.
My wife has had high alkaline phosphatase blood markers for several years. No one including doctors has been able to figure out what was wrong with her (Liver cancer, Bone cancer, or something else). Now she has extreme symptoms of PBC which is a disease of the bile ducts in the liver. Beta glucan seems to be a godsend in helping treat this disease and maybe even help heal and reverse some of this damage to the liver by the excess bile. I stumbled on the fact that excess bile can be carried out in fecal matter how long with excess cholesterol when taking Beta Glucans. This is a win-win since it results in a natural way for PBC improvement without synthetic drugs like Questran. There are many cases of suicide due to this itching effects from this disease, so it’s very serious. There’s a lot of claims of who makes the best beta glucan, but I just want people to know that now foods products are very high-quality and a great value and our results were nothing short of miraculous. The first beta glucan She took was this Now Foods product. I also ordered an oat derived beta glucan, but by the Time It arrived she already was greatly relieved of the Itching. I thank God for this product!

A larger dose single pill version of beta glucan, easier when taking 3-6/day to take.
I have used the 100mg beta divan from Now Foods for years, great for upper respiratory and head issues. For most, taking 1-6 per day can knock out a sore throat or chest cold overnight to a day or two. Due to covod, we have been taking these more regularly as preventative immune booster. This one, each pill equals 2.5 of the 100mg, even though formula is slightly different. Just easier way to take 2-3 vs the 100mg. I like both products.and still buy the 100mg. I would like Now Foods to give us more info on the various beta glucan formulas theh sell and the benefits of each vs the other.

Noticeable Immune System Enhancement for Me!
I have been taking these for eight months as of the date of this review, and I feel noticeably better when I take them. I have not gotten sick ever since I started taking these. I also take these on an alternating basis and in conjunction with AHCC and colloidal silver. Even when I take this and nothing else (which I did for a month because my AHCC supply ran out), I noticed a positive difference in my overall health and cancer treatment. Another brand I tried tended to make me burp but I had no negative effects whatsoever with this brand. I really like that it includes the larch tree immune enhancer supplement.If you are taking this to boost your immune system to treat a severe health condition, several sites recommend taking 2 pills 3 times throughout the day with water on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before eating or waiting at least 2 hours after eating to ensure the stomach is empty for the most effectiveness. Be careful to avoid taking it with caffeinated beverages because they tend to promote gastric emptying. There are mixed studies about the effect of caffeinated beverages, but I have noticed that it tends to have that effect for me. Each person may experience varying effects.
