    I was exposed to COVID-19 and I knew it. I took this along with ZICAM after displaying symptoms (dry cough, runny nose & headache) and I had no symptoms 2 days later.I ALWAYS take this (along with ZICAM) whenever I get the first symptoms of a cold, which for me is a scratchy throat. I have no further symptoms in 1 or 2 days. I swear by it! Oregano Oil is a natural anti-viral.

    This has been so helpful for my elderly mother. She was having multiple bladder infections a year. Once she started taking this every day she hasn’t had a single one in a whole year. I’m amazed.

    Kills off Viruses in your gut.

    I use these to kill viruses that incubate in your mucus membranes and then multiply like crazy in your gut. That would be the Flu and Covid specifically and if you catch it in time, the 24hr bug. If you are throwing up and can’t keep it down of course it won’t do you much good. The enteric coating on these probably helps them to work since I tried other ones that didn’t help. I take two every six hours or so for the first two days and then one every six hours or so if I still have symptoms. If it comes back after you stop taking it then just use the higher dose for a few more days. For me the flu is gone after the first day. For Covid I had to keep going back to the low dose every couple of days for about two weeks.

    This is a great Oregano oil capsules. I take them to help keep my immune system strong. Great to keep cold/flu viruses away along with taking D-3 5,000iu’s daily and zinc etc. I notice that it gives me much relief from sinuses.
