I’ve been reading a lot of interesting things online related to the amino acid L-Serine, and I’m really glad that I ordered this supplement. I’m also thrilled to have the opportunity to try a product that is manufactured by NOW FOODS. This is a brand that I first came across quite a few years ago, back when I used to love wandering around the local health food stores and checking out all of the interesting things to be found in them. And I think the fact that this brand is still around years later says a lot. Amazingly, NOW FOODS is still a family-owned business and also one that manages to consistently offer budget friendly, yet high quality supplements that provide excellent value. I had absolutely no hesitation in ordering this supplement because I trust this brand. The labeling on this product indicates that it is non- GMO and GMP quality assured. It also lists both the physical address and the website address for the brand. I like this supplement, and I recommend it.

No Negeative Effects • Trusted Brand
Supplments are probably the single most difficult thing to evalaute for a review, at least for me. I’ve been taking this every day for a few weeks now, and I can’t say I notice much difference… but I also know that doesn’t mean it’s not having any positive effects – just ones that I can’t clearly identify and attritbute to this product.My days are varied, I travel a lot and I take some prescription meds as it is for some of these same issues (focus, mood, sleep) – all of these are elements which make evaluating the precise effects of a supplement difficult. I did not stop taking my prescription meds while adding this supplement.As for possible negative effects, I also haven’t preceived any. I have not had any intestinal or stomach issues while taking this, and my sleep has not been disrupted or dramatically altered. Overall, I am aware of the reputation of the NOW brand, I do trust them, and have tupically found their products to be high quality and reasonably priced.

Brain support from a brand I trust
I chose this NOW because I’ve been using various products from NOW Foods for years and have had mostly positive experiences. A very reputable brand I have been using for years
This is a new supplement for me to try. I am not permitted to state personal information why I would need to take this supplement. Suffice it to say that previous traumatic injuries from the Vietnam war service and various accidents motivated me to try this supplement that the label says is for “Nervous System Health.” The label also states that this amino acid is for “brain health” “immune system function” and “ essential for the maintenance and growth of healthy neurons.” I will post two pictures of the label so you can read this yourself. I have been researching using natural supplements for over 30 years. I am very familiar with the NOW brand that I have been using for years. I now trust anything from this brand. The bottle was double quality sealed on arrival, fresh, with 1 year 10 months of shelf life remaining. Serving size is one easy to swallow 500mg capsule and you get a 4 month supply. They are odorless, tasteless and don’t give me burps or indigestion. I like that these are manufactured in the USA, free from common allergens, have minimal inactive ingredients and are vegan/vegetarian friendly. Although L-Serine is a non essential amino acid, sometimes our bodies can’t make enough of it to keep up with our needs, also making it a conditional amino acid.
