easy to swallow, 4 supplements in one!
I mainly use the NOW brand for my supplements. I find the products to be good and also the prices. This product was suggested to me as I need to buy gel based supplements as they are easier to swallow. The reason I purchased this particular product is because it contains not just the calcium but also the Magnesium, Vitamin D-3 and Zinc…. all recommended that I take. I do not normally find this combination and for years have purchased all 3 of those other supplements individually. Not just making this a great price but the convenience of taking them all at one time and not worrying if I have one or the other on hand!!

There is a trick to swallowing this large softgel tablet. You need to hold it in your mouth for a minute or two.Let it soften with your siliva or drink a hot beverage while holding it in your mouth. One it softens a bit more, it will slide down your throat without a problem.

Best sleep aid on the market.
OK, so this is not a sleep aid, but it works like one. We have been taking this brand and form of calcium for several years. For whatever reason we stopped taking this brand about a year ago. Shortly after that, I noticed that my sleeping was jacked up. I say this because I took three soft gels, or whatever you call them, every night 45-60 minutes before I went to bed. And I slept pretty darn good. Especially for someone with an enlarged prostate. Slept through the night, maybe I got up once.Well that all went out the window when I stopped taking this item. Sure I was still taking calcium but I was no longer sleeping through the night or even getting up twice. Try 3, 4, 5 times a night.I did not put realize that the reason my sleep was jacked up was because I stopped taking the one thing that put me to sleep, and kept me asleep every night.So after several months, we went back to this Now brand of calcium, that I am reviewing, and that very night we got them I slept through the night. Seriously, I’ve been taking it again for the past week and if I don’t sleep through the night, I only get up once. The stuff is simply amazing for sleeping.I don’t know what to call the delivery system. It’s definitely not a “soft” gel, it’s hard. It’s not a tablet, but it’s not a soft gel either. And it’s not a small cap. So if you have trouble taking large vitamins, this may not be for you. But I would give it a shot if you are having trouble sleeping at night. Best sleep aid on the market. Hands down.

These exactly meet the dosage that my doctor says I need to take every day (age 75 with Osteopenia). They are rather big capsules but I can swallow them with no problems. Magnesium and Calcium are my deficiencies so these are the perfect solution that meets my daily requirements.
