    Update: 2/19/25- Even one single pill allows me to eat a small sundae. Wow, I need less pills than famous brands. Let me add that I can consume cheese without pills but not milk, ice cream or shakes without them.These are the bomb, much cheaper, more quantity, great quality and the best… A lil dusty inside the bottles but in my humble opinion, THEY WORK BETTER THAN L@CT@ID,even the extra strength. Second time buying them and I got 2 bottles that last 5 months since I don’t consume dairy every day, and the quality/efficacy of them after all those months wasn’t altered.

    This was way better than other brands I’ve tried. I used to take multiple pills that were larger than these. Most times I will only take one. If I have 2 or more large servings I may take a 2nd pill. I drink a lot of milk and that’s what usually gets me (if I don’t take the pills). Ice cream and cheese doesn’t usually bother me. Unfortunately Amazon has DISCONTINUED or doesn’t carry this brand any longer.What A Shame! (Edit: They are not discontinued, they are selling them again.)

    No better product out there don’t try looking

    I love this product it’s allows me to eat dairy now because I’m Jewish and of course I’m lactose intolerant. This is the best bang for your buck product and it really works with just one pill.

    These work just as good as the name brand. I appreciate only one is needed vs some of the name brands it’s required to take 3.

    Hola, pàra la intolerancia a la lactosa si me funciona, tomo 2 pastilas justo antes de comer queso, lacteos, con este producto ya no me da diarrea, ni gases, me fuciona a la perfeccion, lo volvere a comprar.

    Every meal with dairy- I take 4 tabs.If the meal continues beyond 30 minutes- I take 3 more.Works great!!
