I impulse purchased this when I started running down with allergies, because I had a terrible cough in the change of weather. All of the ingredients in this formula are great and have many benefits, especially the black seed oil which is great for so many ailments! The taste isn’t awesome but when you want to be healthy, this does the trick. It can be a little messy so just be careful with the dropper.

First let me start by saying the taste is actually good, but that’s me. Yes it has that spice element to it, but if you’re use to their Oil of Oregano, then this will be a breeze.I decided to purchase this even though I usually just use the Oil of Oregano when I first get a sniffle or that weird I feel like I’m getting sick kinda feeling. But the babies got me and I had to go to work and didn’t have anything. So I decided to get something to help and sooth at the same time, because I had this annoying, nasal drip in the back of my throat.Well I must tell you that like always their products never let me down, and neither did this one.I’m not a doctor but if you’re already sick I’d recommend their daily dose three times a day until you feel better then resume the once a day regimen.But again consult with a doctor or naturopathic physician before consuming this or any medicinal product beyond the recommended daily dosage.
