    Great vitamin profile in the right dosages

    Overall, this supplement has a great vitamin profile, it’s hard to find multivitamins with only the proven and necessary vitamins/herbs, and Nordic does a great job. The tablets are large but that’s typical given the ingredients. Keep in mind the iodine dosage is fairly high, so consult with your doctor if you’re on thyroid medication.

    I guess these vitamins are great, but I have a hard time justifying the price. Are they effective? I guess.. How would you know? I’m still alive. But I could say the same thing about the ones that cost a small fraction of what these cost.
