Best Fish Oil Brand Out There
Generally with any type of fish oils I have issues with the burping and I get very nauseated. With one brand I even started having regular headaches. I don’t have any of those problems using this product. I have some burp-back, but it doesn’t taste like fish at all. It’s kind of a faint lemon taste and smells like the capsules when they are in the container (not fishy but weird). I keep my bottle refrigerated, which helps take a lot of the odd flavor away when you are swallowing the capsules. It also helps with the burp back. The recommended dosage is three a day so this bottle will last you 30 days. They are rather large capsules and I occasionally have trouble swallowing them when I attempt to take all three at once, but they are well coated and easily go down. It is not like swallowing a large calcium tablet.If you take other medications, be sure to check with your doctor or a drug interaction list.

Hey I think I accidentally came across something that is helping with my night sweats. At least they are not as bad as they were. No taste, no burping cod liver oil later. I hope to see more overall results over time, like less joint pain, etc. A decent product, good price.

The Real Deal
This is my first product review and I say this because I wouldn’t write about Nordic Naturals if I didn’t notice a difference. The biggest selling point before trying Nordic Naturals was their claim of a great lemon taste. Let’s face it, I want my fish oils but I don’t want to burp up fish essence all day long. They do not lie; the taste is of lemon for sure. Another check on the pro’s column is that the product is non GMO certified and purity tested by a third party. I’ve been using this product for well over a month and have noticed a difference in my skin most obviously. I’d have to be tested for all the other claims .. I don’t feel any smarter and my heart seems to be working just fine but it was already doing so. However, my skin … it feels more hydrated, if that makes sense.

I ordered these pretty regularly. I normally order a liquid cod liver oil. However once I got pregnant I could no longer stand the taste of the oil, So I had to order some thing that doesn’t taste bad. I can’t taste these at all and they’re easy to swallow. Levels of DHA and EPA are also great for a capsule.

Effects of Nordic Naturals Arctic Cod Liver Oil
I use this product as an anti inflammatory. I have the E-coli toxin which has been giving me a lot of gastric discomfort. My problem has been improving gradually since August, when I got sick. I take Aloe Vera and probiotics along with the cod liver oil. Besides the improvement I feel in my gastric system I also sleep better and also noticed it works for inflammation all over my body and as a good nose decongestant.

This is a great product for Rheumatoid Arthritis
My husband has suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis for 20 years. About six months ago I ordered a new fish oil from Puritain’s Pride that sounded good and it was on sale. We did not think anything of it until my husband started having a lot of pain and could hardly walk. After weeks of research, we read an article that said you should never eat Mackerel, Anchovies and sardines if you have RA. Sure enough, those were the three main ingredients in the product. I immediately switched to Cod liver oil since they have used that to treat RA for over 100 years. I saw the Nordic Naturals Arctic Cod Liver Oil, Lemon – 90 Soft Gels and ordered. Within a week, my husbands pain subsided and he actually felt like he had more energy. I love this product because it is really pure. It is exactly what they say it is. We have NOT had any fishy smell or after taste either. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a fish oil supplement.

Difference between what is shown and what I received
In the product images displayed by the seller, in one of the pics there was a mention of Vitamin D (in Supplement facts).But on the product I received there isn’t a mention of Vitamin D in the table (Supplement facts)Why is there a difference between what is advertised by the seller and what I have received.I made the decision to purchase because vitamin D is also there in the product.
