I Like the Softgel Better Than the Capsule Form

Okay, I had to plead ignorance on “MCT oil” other than what the package said about it being coconut oil. (It stands for medium-chain triglycerides if that helps anyone else.) Years ago my doctor recommended taking cinnamon capsules daily, and I was only familiar with the ones containing the ground form. These softgels came to my notice when my supply was running low, so I chose to give them a try. I like the small size, which is easy to swallow. I also like the advice offered on the web page about safely separating the gels without harming them, since I’ve had other forms of softgels which clumped together. I’ve been well pleased with the product and have noticed no smell or aftertaste while taking them. I find the bag awkward to open and close each day so I will probably put them into a bottle and keep the bag nearby for reference.

    Nice addition to routine

I like that these Ceylon cinnamon softgels make it easy to add cinnamon to my daily routine without having to deal with the taste or mess of cinnamon powder. The softgels are easy to swallow, and the package comes with a generous 300-count supply, so it should last quite a while.I also like that these are made with Ceylon cinnamon and MCT oil, and that they’re non-GMO and gluten-free. The large package is convenient and makes this a good option for anyone who prefers taking supplements in softgel form. Overall, a simple and convenient addition to a daily wellness routine.

Easy-to-Take Cinnamon Softgels With No Cinnamon Burps

I have been pleasantly surprised by these Ceylon cinnamon softgels. They are easy to add to my daily routine, and I like that this bottle contains 300 softgels, which should last a good while depending on the serving size. One of my favorite things about these is that I have not experienced the cinnamon aftertaste or “cinnamon burps” that I sometimes get with regular cinnamon tablets. The softgels go down easily and have been much more pleasant for me to take than other cinnamon supplements I have tried.Because these are softgels made with MCT oil, they may also be a convenient option for people following a keto-style lifestyle. The product is labeled non-GMO and gluten-free, and the bottle provides a large supply. Overall, this is an easy-to-take cinnamon supplement with a comfortable softgel format and no unpleasant cinnamon repeat for me.

Not enough information provided on the package

This is a review of Noralife Ceylon Cinnamon, 300 Softgels, with MCT Oil Supplements Softgels for Daily Wellness Support, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Energy & Metabolism Support, Large Granule Softgels. Brand: EviskinI am very interested in trying to improve my health through diet and supplements, so I ordered these to support good blood sugar balance. The bag is attractive and the softgels are nice. They are even easier to swallow than similar cinnamon softgels of another brand because these are just a bit smaller than those other ones. But as I looked more closely at the bag of softgels, I noticed that there is not very much information at all about the softgels. The bag gives basic information about ingredients and strength, including that the pills are gluten-free, soy-free, and non GMO. The bag has a cute symbol saying ‘lab tested and verified.’ But the bag doesn’t say there was any third-party testing, so I guess the pills were tested in the manufacturer’s own lab. That doesn’t give me great confidence. The bag lists a date of manufacture and expiry date, but the bag does not indicate where the pills or the ingredients are sourced. The bag doesn’t even say where the company is located or how to contact the company if there is a problem. While supplements are not regulated by the FDA, there are regulations about listing the company and contact information on the product. When I looked online, the Noralife website did not provide any more information, except offering an email address. That is something. Hmmph. Not enough. The Eviskin website did not list the product at all. The noralife company has enough time and resources to create slick packaging and advertising, yet it doesn’t have time to offer real information about where the company is located. This makes me lose all confidence in the product, so I do not want to put those pills in my body.

Eviskin Noralife Ceylon Cinnamon, 300 Softgels

Ceylon Cinnamon seems to be the more recommended type of cinnamon for various healing uses. It contains several common minerals. I use it to aid in digestion and as a slight anti-inflammatory herb. I have found it effective. The gel caps are easy to swallow and any burp back is pleasant smelling. lol

    Not sure about these

These Ceylon cinnamon softgels with MCT oil are fine for what they are. The softgels are easy to swallow and don’t have a strong taste or aftertaste, which is a plus. Having 300 in the bottle means it lasts a long time, so the value is reasonable if you take them regularly. That said, I didn’t notice any standout difference compared to other cinnamon supplements I’ve tried. They’re convenient and seem well-made, but nothing about them feels particularly special. A solid, no-frills option if you just want a straightforward Ceylon cinnamon softgel with a bit of MCT oil included.

True Ceylon Cinnamon instead of unlike the cheaper Cassia Cinnamon.

I’m a strong user of cinnamon and unfortunately, I was unaware of the risk of Cassia cinnamon. I have been using both after looking at the packages I have. Cassia is associated with liver damage with heavier use. This is not Cassia but rather Ceylon cinnamon extract soft gel suspended in MCT oil. If you have diabetes, take medications (e.g., blood sugar-lowering drugs or blood thinners), are pregnant, or have liver concerns ask your doctor about usage. However, Ceylon is the safer “true” variety for daily supplementation. This is a clear advantage for long-term use.The soft gels make it easier to swallow which is much better than loose powders. There are mixed reviews on efficacy, and I prefer to use it as a powder to enhance my breakfast entrees.

Great product with effective blood sugar support.

I’m super excited to be using this Ceylon Cinnamon with the added benefit of MCT oil for overall metabolism and blood sugar support. It’s packaged very securely in a resealable bag and is very fresh. When I first opened the bag, I got a big “wiff” of cinnamon. The gel caps are relatively small and super easy to swallow. I’ve been taking them in the morning and enjoying more stable blood sugars throughout my day, with less spikes in the late morning. They are a good quality product with good benefits.
