    First ND product I have not loved

    Does not work even at a high-ish dose. I am a seasoned kava consumer and know how to take it correctly. Love everything else these guys produce, but this stuff is objectively no good.

    Nice packaging. Doesn’t taste like anything. Didn’t notice any effect at all. Until I took six… then the diarrhea came. So if you want a wallet biopsy and a stool softener, here is your solution. Don’t expect any relaxing feeling (unless diarrhea and getting ripped-off is relaxing).

    I take 1 tablet before anything social & it helps a lot with anxiety. It does give me a headache, every time, right after I take it but Tylenol fixes that. I break them in half & let it dissolve a little bit bc otherwise they’re really difficult to swallow. They don’t have as much of a mouth numbing/body feeling as drinking it. This is more mental & releases anxiety. I can feel my muscles relax & my thoughts stop racing after I take it. But it’s in combination with medication, so it’s the best solution as something otc. Edit: I’ve been taking these for about a month & it’s stronger every time. I’m down to only taking half of one next time. Reverse tolerance is a thing.
